Great wouldn’t recommend for people with kids though. Maybe couples or a single person.

Conveniently located right next to train station and convenience store and market.

Cons:

3rd floor, no elevator so large luggage going up narrow stairway is a challenge. The room is right above a karaoke place, noise is a concern.

Uhome stay
Pros:

Great location! Right at the Kojiya station.The reason why I chosed this was the easy access to the airport and city.
Quick response from the owner .
Good facilities

Cons:

Bad smell from the ramen restaurant downstairs, especially through the bathroom,had to put the lid on the drain.Found a cockroach during stay😱
Poor drainage of the shower,had to go in the bathtub and shower

worst sleep of my entire trip.
Pros:

Closeness to the train station

Cons:

The directions for the location were completely wrong, we walked 10 mins away from the house, only to message the accommodation and they send us the opposite way.
It was above a karaoke bar that went on until 4am! shouting, thumping etc we got zero sleep.
It was on a main junction, the windows were so thin that you heard everyone racing up and down the road and leaving the bar at stupid o'clock.
The blinds were so thin that light came through at 5am!
You book accommodation with a kitchen yet no utensils - chopsticks, knife, fork, spoons, bowls are provided.

it was so noisy that lying in bed was like sleeping on the side of the road. and there's a bar downstairs, the noise goes on till midnight, it's impossible to sleep

Near the station, clean and spacious
Pros:

Just 2 min walk from the station, accomodation is quite clean, spacious, and cozy. Can enjoy as home style living with essential facilities. Easy check in and check out with full privacy. (Tips: google map shows 8 min walk to the wrong place, so it is better to search directly as mitome home)

Cons:

The accomodation is located beside the roadway and above the karaoke izakaya bar, so it is little bit annoying at night and difficult to fall asleep easily at the first night. But for the contiued stay, you will be getting used to it, hopefully.
