Pros:

Staff were always there to help.
Initially the AC in our room wasn't working and they changed the room. The second room was big, with good shower and hot water available. We liked it!
A kitchen was downstairs, however, with no dishes or other amenities.
Swimming pool was great.

Dommage qu’un si belle endroit ne soit pas pris plus au sérieux.

L’hôtel en lui même est beau mais certaines chose comme les douches sont à refaire.

Cons:

Sur les 6 jours passer dans l’hôtel je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude pour une cause de panne. Mais cela a duré tout le séjour j’ai dû me laver à la marmite avec mon compagnon. Niveau propreté c’est à revoir et quelques travaux devrais être effectué.

Regular /bien precio calidad , muy retirado del centro , lo ideal es tener automovil

La alberca y el área de desayuno

Cons:

La habitación, no salía agua caliente, filtraba agua del aire acondicionado, cuando alguien se está bañando se puede ver desde afuera , no mucha privacidad .

L’emplacement

Cons:

Pas propre manque des couteau fourchette, les rideaux étais taché et la clope fuyez . Le petit déjeuner étais médiocre il y avais rien a pars des œuf

A l'arrivée on nous a prévenu qu'il y avais un problème et qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. La chambre était pas propre des linges pour la douche mais pas pour les mains pas de savon. Pour finir le petit déjeuner du cafe a disposition mais pas de lait. Quand on dis accueillir des enfants il devrais avoir du lait. Mais on nous a répondu qu'on pouvais en avoir mais il fallait payer. Puis il y a des supplément pour la nourriture choisie. Bref heureusement que nous avions réserver une seul nuit.

Esta cerca de los parques y el desayuno a pesar de los malos comentarios no está tan mal, es suficiente para arrancar el día y los extras están a buen precios

No tiene agua caliente nunca por lo que veo, no tiene internet, no tiene ninguna tienda cerca, NO COBRAN CON TARJETA POR QUE TE COBRAN EL 5%!!! Si pueden mejor quédense en playa! No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo. Está CARISIMO para lo que es, playa no está nada lejos, no se dejen engañar, VAYAN A OTRO LUGAR POR FAVOR. Tenías que bajar dos veces al inodoro... Super molesto.

Pros:

El desayuno bien, las instalaciones en general cuidadas. El servicio fue correcto y salvo el tema del agua caliente el ultimo dia, la habitación tranquila.

Cons:

El agua caliente no estuvo fluyendo durante los últimos dos días. También podría mencionar que la limpieza del cuarto está bien, pero creo que podría ser mejor se observaban algunos manchones pasados.

Für 1 Nacht war es ok. Nähe zu Xcaret war toll!

Cons:

Sauberkeit! Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit muss dringend verbessert werden. Das Hotel hat prinzipiell ein schönes Ambiente, allerdings ist es total heruntergekommen.
