How the room was set up.
How hot the room. It took a long time to cold down. I think it would be good if they can at least turn the ac on before the guess come into the room.

Limpieza no hay, ropa de cama desgastada y no la cambiaron en 5 noches, el aseo lo hacen cada tres días, hotel descuidado, sin mantenimiento , recepción llena de polvo, no nos funcionaba la llave del agua del lavamanos, tuvimos corte de agua todo un día, no tienen agua caliente, la TV no funciona con canales, el A/C funciona pero no se regula la temperatura ni la velocidad, nunca funcionó el SPA.

No llega el Internet a la televisión de la habitación 212 , pero nos cambiaron sin problema. No hay mucha variedad en el restaurante.
Sugiero haya algo donde colgar la ropa mojada en el baño, porque no hay donde ponerla. Terminamos poniéndola en el mostrador de la cocina pero no se secaba.
Only the girls at the front desk had a good service
The place is screaming for maintenance I can really tell the difference between the awesome pics on booking.com and reality and it was a shocker to say the less... I stayed one week and from those days had hot water only 2 days, they mentioned they were doing some maintenance and that was the reason for the shortage, then the last day there was no water at all, TVs don't have any cable service not to mention that the ones in the 1st floor they don't even power on both rooms I rented, the bed clothing smelled awful and both the towels and bed clothing are weared out they should replace them, one of the nightstands in my room was tilted to the point that if I put something in it probably it will fall from the wall, the faucets on the bathroom were clogged in their air filters so the water made a mess each time you used them, same as the shower(this was super annoying ), the room cleaning service was bad example: one of the rooms I rented had a dead cockroach and a q tip under the stairs and it remained both there until we left, dead cockroaches outside the rooms and nobody bothered to sweep them, water on my private pool on one of the rooms was murky and they cleaned the pool like 4 days after I reported the problem (you are unable to circulate the water on your own pool)they either shut the system or it was bad, the included breakfast is limited to 4 options literally:eggs to your liking, quesadillas, 2 toasts with jam, hot cakes no sides to them except the eggs that were served with cold fried beans (they were supposed to be hot) with 2 tortillas.

El hotel es bonito y la habitación muy moderna
Al salir de la ducha o piscina interior quedaba mucha agua ya que no había donde secar los pies o como secar el piso y se ponía bastante resbaloso.
Quando visto de longe o local é bonito. Tem uma piscina bonita. É agradável de olhar.
Parece não ter manutenção. Os lençóis são encardidos, travesseiro velho, cheiro de fossa no banheiro, descarga não funcionava, não tinha nem um cesto de lixo no quarto, nem toalhas de rosto, nem um copo pra vc tomar água. Zero cuidado com o hóspede. Fomos surpreendidos até com baratas no quarto. O café da manhã era muito fraco também. Mal feito, sem gosta e uma espera de 30 minutos para receber duas torradas frias.
Localização, piscina
O único ponto ruim é não ter frigobar no quarto. Com o calor de 40 graus é muito ruim não poder beber água fresca.
