В целом отель хороший, красивая тер тория, большой двухэтажный домик
Мы проживали 13 дней за это время у нас ни разу не вынесли мусор, не убирали номер ни разу и не меняли постельное белье и полотенца. Так же завтраки очень скромные.

La atencion del personal no es buena, nos cobraron una toalla porque estaba manchada de maquillaje. Argumentando que esa toalla ya no puede volver a ser usada por otro huesped ¿No las lavan? Aparte es una toalla vieja

The rooms near the pool with valcony are Big and Nice bathrooms and as lovely pool but a bit noisi
There was a Lot of highay noise but it's neae the hightway so it's to be expected.
Some sheets are Old and there is no hand soap or hot water.
Se hai un'auto è un buon punto di partenza per andare nel centro di playa del carmen per cenare, per andare in spiaggia e per passeggiare nel centro, vicino c'è un grande supermercato e un benzinaio..buona la colazione inclusa con un piatto a scelta tra i 3/4 del menù e bibite calde e fredde a buffet..piscina pulita per rinfrescarsi al rientro dal mare o da escursioni..parcheggio proprio gratuito.. ampio appartamento su due livelli con frigo e mini angolo cottura
Il lavandino del bagno non è in bagno ma nella camera da letto, il che lo rende molto scomodo. Ci è stato addebitato il costo di 150 pesos di un asciugamano perché rimasto macchiato dai residui della tinta della mia ragazza, molto strano perché facilmente lavabile visto che a casa ogni tanto succede e ce lo laviamo in lavatrice, comunque dopo aver pagato ce lo hanno dato da portare via..quindi occhio agli shampoo

The photos need to be updated on the website. We had 3 rooms and all were similar. The colours were stunning, the size of them were amazing, air-conditioning was great, the fact that they had 2 toilets was great, it's mainly that they could do with some cosmetic touch up, such as bedding, corroded taps and shower heads.
The pool area was a good size but the sun loungers were not clean, the only double sun lounger was not usable as it was torn and stained. Breakfast was OK when they hadn't ran out of water, coffee, or food.
However for the price it wasn't too bad. You get what you pay for.
How we didn't get much of an option at breakfast the 2nd morning as they had ran out of almost everything or so they said. We had to go to the beach as we couldn't use the sun loungers due to them being dirty. The really good thing was the evening meal cooked and served by Ricardo who also worked the bar all by himself and did an amazing Job smiling the whole time.

Der allgemeine Zustand: renovierungsbedürftig! Mangel an Sauberkeit im Apartment, im Bad. Der Duschkopf total verrostet, die Mischbatterie/Handwaschbecken unvollständig. Der Handlauf an der Treppe zum Obergeschoss lebensgefährlich, löste sich aus der Wand, wurde aber relativ schnell repariert. Zum Frühstück gab es vier Optionen, von denen aber nur zwei verfügbar waren: Eier & Pfannkuchen. Die Zimmer werden nur alle drei Tage gereinigt, wurde uns am Tag 1 abends auf Anfrage mitgeteilt (weil nichts gemacht worden war), frische Handtücher mussten wir mit 80 Peso extra bezahlen.
Dass am Rand des Pools auch an Tag 2 noch leere Bierdosen herumrollten, war dann auch nicht weiter verblüffend.
