Pros:

Très joli hôtel. Belle chambre avec terrasse (vue sur la piscine). Quel dommage que le reste ne suive pas.

Séjour de 3 nuits.
Pas une goutte d eau chaude !
Des draps usagés et tachés, des serviettes de toilette jaunies. Des couvres-lit tout boulochés (à mettre à la poubelle)Pas de ménage durant 3 jours et donc pas de serviettes propres….
Petit déjeuner très moyen, presque tout est en extra, donc payant (même un verre de jus de fruit…). On vous surveille sans arrêt (au cas où vous prendriez quelque chose qui est payant), pas agréable du tout.

El aspecto exterior a las habitaciones era bonito, se nota que fue un bonito hotel.

Cons:

Mucha humedad y mal olor dentro de las habitaciones y baño.
Cuando llegamos no tenían preparada una de las camas, tuvimos que pedir sábanas y hacerlo nosotros. El desayuno era escaso y no muy bueno.

Starting with the positives — the rooms themselves were very nice. They were comfortable, well-presented, and the standard really impressed us for the price we paid. The shower was excellent with consistently hot water, and the air-conditioning worked very well both upstairs and downstairs. In terms of comfort inside the room, we were very happy.

No pude ingresar, me dijeron que estaba lleno, solo tenían una habitación y yo necesitaba 2 porque éramos 4; papás y dos hijas. Mi reserva la hice por 1 habitación y dijeron que estaban full

La atención del personal. Por más que supliqué que me den una habitación y les pagaría por las dos personas adicionales. Eran las 6 pm y estábamos sin almorzar, veníamos de Tulum y no queríamos buscar otro hotel. Mi esposo volvió a suplicar al Counter y nos dijeron que el hotel estaba full. Cuando ingresé a Booking para buscar alojamiento, apareció disponibilidad!!!
