The 17th floor which has complimentary snacks and drinks for guests was the best bonus. The ramen cups were yummy. The staff are also very friendly and can converse in English. The Olympic park is nearby and nice to go for a walk during spring. I came for a kpop concert at ticket link live arena so it’s very near. Also very near lotte mall. At night many nearby restaurants to eat.
Location a bit far from the gyeongbokgung palace, hanok village, myeongdong and hong dae. But Seongsu-dong which is 20 min away is a great place to go shopping.
Location ..! Valet carpark is very convenient.. we had the room with bath on the 15th floor .. it’s very comfortable …

The 17th floor has free snacks, drinks etc and microwave that guests can use. The aircon and view were also lovely. The room was spacious and luggages could fit on the floor. Close to lotte tower if that’s what you want to see. The bed was also comfortable and the water pressure + temperature were good. Food delivery also works well. Since the building is newer it doesn’t seem to have any mold which is a huge plus for me as an allergic.
It’s located in a very busy/party like area. There are love motels everywhere and the streets surrounding the hotel have partying throughout the night. There are a lot of people on the street and it feels very cramped, if you’re introverted it will be stressful. As a solo female traveler I did not feel so safe so I didn’t go out which was a bummer. Noise can be heard all night so if you’re a light sleeper or bothered by it I wouldn’t recommend.
It wasn’t cleaned properly. The floors and bathtub had lots of hair and the plastic part of someone’s shaver was left on the sink so I knew it hadn’t been cleaned, at least not throughly. The toilet is also VERY VERY loud so if you’re staying with someone it would be impossible to use it during the night without the other person waking up. The doors are tinted glass so if you’re staying with a friend it could be bothersome.
While the 17th floor having free facilities for eating was good, it closed at 12pm so if you were out late you couldn’t use the microwave or get water. My room had a broken electric kettle so it was sad that it was already closed.
Overall the hotel is good for a couple nights or if you just need a space to recharge and rest, but don’t expect too much as for me personally especially the area surrounding was a huge disappointment despite lotte tower etc being close. I would book it again if I’d need a space to rest but not if I wanted to go out late.

Little bit small space in room.
Camera arăta exact ca si cele din imagini, era totul curat si per total foarte bine organizat.
It was close to a lot of restaurants and subway stations. The cafeteria was great for the nights I didn’t want to leave the hotel for food or for a quick bite before sightseeing.
I wasn’t able to control the room temperature.
