Unpleasant experience
Pros:

The location, next to a street full of restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The mattresses in the entrance and elevators were disgusting and reflected the overall level of cleanliness of the hotel.
My room looked like it had never been properly deep cleaned. There were stains on the curtains, chair, bed, and walls, mold in the bathroom, and dust gathered in the corners of the floor. The towels were old and heavily worn. I even found a plastic soap wrapper left in the sink, likely from previous guests.
It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Friendly staff, we were there for Super Junior encore concert, the lobby was playing their songs, good location CU mart just beside hotel and lots of restaurant around the area, less than 20 minutes walk to Lotte World Mall and KSPO dome.

Exceptional, the reception allowed us to check in at so early- 1pm. Receptionist can speak English.
Pros:

Can feel the luxury. Room is clean. Provide slippers n bath robe.
Walking distance to Lotte Mall & entrance to the subway. Only the Jamsil station is a long walk.

No breakfast buffet. But like a cafeteria with free food: ramyeon, milk. Cereal. Coffee. Bread. All self service.

Cons:

Warmer/ heater in the room.
