The important things in life are all just footsteps away; vaporetto, St. Marks square and it`s famous cafes, and the distinguished, impecable haus bar, with a veranda on the Canal Grande, not to mention the best service and wine in town; Edi Kante!
A super location with warm, large rooms, excellent walk-in showers and full body bathtub. Important, because it can be cold and rainy. But with super rooms like here you cannot make a wrong choice.

Prezzo non in linea con i servizi offerti. Personale poco attento al cliente, colazione non all’altezza di 4 stelle, aperitivo da quasi 30 euro accompagnato da due noccioline e due olive, consigliato solo per la posizione.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer gleich - die Zimmer waren sehr warm. Die Klimaanlage schien nicht richtig zu laufen.
