all was well
hotel was located far back on the property, and you had to drive through other properties to get there. the traffic was horrendous. people in Pidgeon forge are the most inconsiderate i have seen since leaving Detroit. - Pidgeon forge again? i don't think so.

Room was clean.
Good location.
The room i got was perfect, and big, the bed was super comfortable, the Shower had great Pressure, the water was Perfect. The pool was Good, the breakfast was nice. The parking was good. Staff was very Kind and helpful. The beds Were clean.
The Key Losing It activations once your Phone touches it. Some room need Better Lights too
We were leaving early Sunday morning and could smell the breakfast cooking but the doors were closed as it didn't actually start until 630 but the staff opened it at 615 for us and that made my day, the biscuits and gravy were delicious and I loved having that every day! Most hotel breakfast aren't that good but this was very good, we ate it every day and enjoyed it. So we were very thankful for him opening early for us as it helped get us going quicker than stopping somewhere else.
I have nothing, we didn't have any issues. This isour second year at this hotel and no complaints.

- Duzy, bezpłatny parking.
- Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.
- Bardzo słabe oświetlenie w pokoju.
- Mało zadbana łazienka.
- Jedna uwaga: w booking wyszukało mi to miejsce pod szyldem ,,hotele". W rzeczywistości jest to motel (nie zwykłem rezerwować moteli, choć z tego jestem zadowolony). Warto to skorygować na booking, aby nie wprowadzać wynajmujących w błąd.
It was off the main strip and quiet.
When we arrived we tried 4 room keys and none of them worked. The lady working the front desk had to unlock it with a master key! I asked her if the hotel was smoke free I was told yes and I said someone was smoking marijuana and she could’ve cared less. I mean it smell smacked you in the face when you get off the elevator. The lighting was horrendous or should I say the lack of! We had to take the table lamp and put by the sink so we could see to get ready! And the parking was shared with another hotel and was hard to find a spot!

The complimentary breakfast helped save money and the staff was very attentive and friendly and accommodating. The a/c worked once we cut it down., I stay very hot and it was a hot week. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was loud and rattley sounding when used. My husband said bed was too hard but I was comfy
