Cons:

Found a roach in our room and they didn't offer any kind of compensation other than refunding us for the two nights we didn't stay there. We had to find another place to stay last second

The room smelt really bad, we bought fragrance to go on top of the air-conditioner to try and help. The bed was uncomfortable and the covers were old and thin. The shower head in the bathroom was broke so it pointed straight down while showering.

quick over night birthday trip for 15 year old son
Pros:

this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Upon arrival staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and good variety. Beds are very comfortable. Will stay again in the future

Amazing property
Pros:

Great location just far enough back off the parkway you get no road noise, but have amazing access to all pigeon forge has to over from the location.

Will definitely be back!
Pros:

The location. Close to everything without being right on the strip to hear all the traffic noise. The staff are the best!!! The breakfast is nice hot and filling.

Cons:

The parking is a little cramped. The floors in our room were dirty. My grandkids ended up with Walmart feet after their baths till we realized it was the floor. Then socks and slippers were worn.

Overall great stay for cheap
Pros:

The beds were comfy. Room was clean. You couldn't hear the cars on the road. Great water pressure even being on the 4th floor!
