Pros:

It was a great location for dollywood and clean! Beds were comfortable rooms are small but we barely spent time in it so it was perfect for what we needed and the pool area is good!! We would stay again!

I was very pleased with everything.
Pros:

Location was great. A little hard to locate when we first arrived. I would have liked biscuits halved, I liked the variety of options.

Cons:

Some of my group prefer a softer bed, mine was fine.

Pros:

I liked I could bring my cats. It was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I was double charged for a room. I noticed when I checked my credit card statement I was again charged for one of my rooms that I had already paid for through booking.com. I called and they said they would refund the money. They mentioned when I checked in that I paid through booking.com so not sure what happened. I looked at my statement from back in September 2025 when I stayed there and noticed that I was also double charged for a room. Just noticed this so I guess I'm just out $252. So I'm not sure I will be staying there again. I've never had this problem before.
