Double Room with TV and Garden Hot Tub

En arrivant, le propriétaire n'était pas là (il travaille à distance) et il n'y avait pas la clé, car elle est partagée avec un autre locataire et il n'a pas laissé la clé. J'ai attendu 20 min dehors et j'avais un rendez vous ailleurs. Le propriétaire m'a proposé que je loue un box pour mes bagages. Finalement le propriétaire a réussi à contacter l'autre locataire et j'ai pu rentré. Mais ce locataire était déjà dans la chambre que j'avais réservé. Bref, beaucoup de confusion à l'arrivée, et je me suis installé dans une autre chambre que j'ai trouvée. Il faudrait que le propriétaire installe à l'entrée plusieurs boites à clé avec une boite par chambre louée (et chaque chambre avec un code différent pour ouvrir sa boite), ca éviterait des problèmes.

However, there were two issues that impacted our stay. First, the smell of the bed linens was unfortunately unbearable. It wasn't that they were dirty, but they likely hadn't dried properly, making it very difficult to stay in the room. Even after asking for a replacement, the second set had the same issue, so we ended up buying our own pillowcases at Primark. Additionally, our friends in the second room were unable to close their window, which was a struggle given it was 2°C at night.

Note to management: We’d highly recommend reviewing your laundry process and fixing the window latch, as these small fixes would make this a great stay.

This is NOT on the property but the people in room 2 kept taking the toilet roll and left us with very little.

It wasnt that much clean, house a bit smelly

Smell like Indian smell and felt really uncomfortable the hot tub was not included I could find the toliet in the house

Everything, the pictures are falsely advertised when you arrive it looks nothing like the pictures, everything is filthy, as you walk in shoes and coats everywhere you struggle to walk through, it smelt awful and as you go upstairs on what’s meant to be white carpet, it is covered in dirt and god knows what else. The ceilings were covered in cobwebs we went up to our room and there was child’s toys, bras, clothes, suitcases, makeup, makeup bags, toothbrush’s all scattered around the room and over the bed there was a bowl of half eaten cereal and some milk next to it. It genuinely looks like a family was still living in the bedroom. There is no locks on the door so, there is no privacy and you feel so unsafe being there. We wasn’t even there 20 minutes and before we left we asked for a refund we got given the hosts number and I sent him everything and explained it’s not what was advertised and asked for a refund and he blocked me. I really wouldn’t waste your money staying here there is so many nicer places for cheaper aswell.

Unfortunately the overall cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired. We got about 4 bugs as neighbors in the same room and a small hoard of ants in the kitchen. The smell might be attributed to the building itself being quite old and the problems with the window also fall under that category.

The bathroom is not inside the room

The room was full of mold, smell and dirty. I was obliged to search for a new property to sleep. Still waiting for Resolution of the damage they cause to me and my family. Do not book this property unsafe.
