Pros:

Empfang und Betreuung war abends sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind geräumig und Betten bequem, außerdem ist es im Gegenzug zu anderen, an der Durchgangsstrasse gelegenen Hotels in Enzklösterle nachts sehr schön ruhig.

Cons:

Für mich hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt nicht gestimmt. Hotel und Restaurant empfand ich zwar als gut, aber beides zu hochpreisig für die Leistung.
Das Frühstück muss extra bestellt und bezahlt werden. Jeder bekommt einen fertig bestückten Teller, kann also nicht auswählen. Für mich war zu viel auf dem Teller, dagegen ist wiederum nur eine Tasse Kaffee enthalten, womit ich persönlich nicht weit komme. Eine zusätzliche Tasse kostet für meine Begriffe ziemlich viel Geld oben drauf. Dafür finde ich vor allem das Frühstück verglichen mit anderen Hotels zu teuer und würde nächstes Mal wohl in die Dorfbäckerei gehen.
Das Haus verfolgt auf eine Art das Konzept eines italienischen Restaurants. Es wird aber offenbar nicht (mehr?) von Italienern geführt. Das wirkte auf mich verwirrend, weil ich angesichts des Namens was anderes erwartete. Ich dachte mir, dass man unter den Voraussetzungen doch auch das Konzept von Restaurant und Hotel ändern könnte.

Schöne Lage, allerdings etwas weit weg vom Zentrum. Aber der Wildpark in der Nähe ist sehenswert.

Das Frühstück bestand nicht aus Buffet, aber aus individuell und liebevoll angerichteten Tellern. Es war ausreichend und lecker.
Abends war immer etwas los im Restaurant und im Hof. Ansprechende Speisekarte.
Meist war die Bedienung sehr nett.

Cons:

nur 1 Heißgetränk pro Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, alle weiteren Getränke musste man bezahlen. Kleinlich für ein sonst großzügiges Haus. Keine Haken im Bad!

Die Angestellten waren freundlich, aber wohl noch neu, da hat so einiges einfach sehr lange gedauert (Check-In), im Restaurant usw.

🤔Alles ist einfach perfekt.
Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr. Das Zimmer war stets sauber.
Das Frühstück ist reichlich, frisch und mit Liebe angerichte ebenso das Essen im Restaurant. Es ist einfach, wie man bei uns in Bayern sagt, "sau guad".
