Wow, Casa de la Vina exceeded our expectations and it was the best choice we made when planning our trip to downtown Santa Barbara. The property was very clean, new & well-maintained. We reserved one of the largest units and it was so spacious: 2 King en suites joined by a kitchen, dining and living area + laundry room + private patio. The place came fully equipped with everything you needed and more. The location was only a couple blocks from the main downtown area so we were able to walk to State Street in ~6 minutes. There was a downtown Farmers Market on Tuesday which was fun to walk around & shop. We ended up bringing and back impromptu food/vegetables that we were able to cook bc of how well-equipped the kitchen was. The property was quiet and peaceful, with convenient parking (+ electric charging stations) and even a large rooftop terrace. The offsite staff was very responsive & helpful leading up to and during the stay. The check-in/check-out process and keyless entry was smooth & hassle-free. Excellent overall experience and I would definitely recommend & return in the future. Appreciate how well thought-out & how well run this property is!

Enjoyed a long weekend getaway at this property. The property was within walking distance to restaurants/ shops and we had no issue with parking. The rooftop deck was nice for a glass of wine, playing cards or just enjoying the scenery.
Communication before our stay was easy and received prompt responses.
Our only negative comment is that unit 11 is sandwiched in between two cleaning stations which were used daily from 10-11 am til 2-3 pm. It’s not very relaxing to see cleaning products/washer dryer when entering and exiting your unit. The noise wasn’t bad.
Also, unit 11 had no windows that allowed you to see the outside - the door has windows but all frosted (probably to block cleaning crew activity). This might not bother you and I thought I would not care when I booked this unit but it did. There is a sky light so the unit isn’t lacking light.
We would definitely stay at this property again but in a different unit like unit 13 which is upstairs and has a small but nice balcony.
Lovely property. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to State Street, shops, restaurants, wharf, etc. Our room was well appointed, and beds were very comfortable. We also had washer/dryer and kitchen which made our stay convenient. And we loved the rooftop seating! Only slight complaint is that living room furniture was not very comfortable for our movie night (couch and chairs are small, don't have headrests and are not oriented toward TV). But we made it work. We enjoyed our stay!
Absolutely love the experience
The location was conveniently near the train station and felt very safe.
Room was above and beyond. Management thought of everything, even down to the “Tar Wipes”! We’ve been to the beaches before and experienced the difficulty getting that off your feet. The esthetic of the room was well thought out and welcoming. We were impressed and will definitely return.

Place was nice and clean. Parking was no problem. Amenities were more than I expected which is awesome! Th room was a little damp. You can feel it on the bed and comforter. If they’d left the room temperature to 78 ish this would definitely a 5 start rating
