Pros:

This resort was so nice! The balcony was my favorite part, when you set out you’re looking right at the beach. Location is nice only 10 minutes from downtown

Everything; we were looking for a hotel with exposure to the water for a good value with our only expectations that it didn't give us the ick. The rooms were clean, the facility was well taken care of, and it was an amazing value!

Our reservation was completely messed up up and we had to switch hotels during the stay

The different themes of breakfast was OK

Cons:

The options for breakfast we’re all pretty unhealthy when you look at the ingredients. Our entire reservation was completely messed up and we had to switch rooms in between our stay. When we arrived, our reservation wasn’t available so we had to sleep on a pullout sofa and regular bed and switch rooms and hotels the next night. It was extremely inconvenient.

It was enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast was different. Wish we could have used the beach more but it was rainy. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Kevon was amazing!! Our door latch was broken to get out to our porch. He was able to get us a different room quickly. Much appreciated, and we loved our girls' trip!! We will be back!!

Great hotel with a cottage feel in a beautiful setting and location with some unique/fun elements.
Pros:

The Beach Haus is like a cottage-hotel hybrid. In the main hallway off the lobby, there is a double oven and coffee maker, along with counter space and some other features. Great Customer service, location, property and room includes mini fridge and microwave, box breakfast of your choice each day. Shower pressure was nice. The View, grassy grounds and beach (beach towels included) are exceptional. Water is shallow for a long way and there are no rocks. This location in relation to the peninsula is nice. There are The ducks and bunnies that frequent the property are fun. This property and the one next door (Bay Watch) share owners.

Cons:

My two suggestions would be: 1) It would be nice if guests could access their streaming services through the TV. Current TV is local only. 2) The sliding glass door/screen situation could be updated 3) Filtered water cooler/fountain would be a major bonus!
