It’s exactly what we needed
Pros:

It was exactly what we needed. It was close to the hospital-we were there for an emergency-and it was comfortable. Had great conversations with our hosts and I’m thankful for them.

Pros:

New building. Laundry machine "whisper quiet".

Cons:

College kids had moved out & the grounds had LOTS of fruitflies (I guess lots of fruit disposed of) & it got in my car. 1,000 miles later I was still dealing with the issue.

Highly Disappointed!!

The property was misrepresented in it's description in my opinion, there was no mention of the property in its original advertisement of being a shared property with communal bathroom and kitchen facilities (unsanitary). The unit wreaked with the loud smell of weed, the location is for the frat brat crowd not mature adults. I didn't even bother to check in, very disappointing!!!!

Clean comfortable and ideally located.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is excellent (very close to the university, medical school, and nearby supermarkets). The accommodation is very comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with all the amenities. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again. He so allowed me to check in early as my flight since there was availability.

El recibimiento en la habitación con agua y papitas los snacks es algo diferente a otras sustancias creo que es un buen detalle por parte de los que rentan los cuartos privados.

Cons:

La verdad es que todo me gustó Todo estaba muy limpio. La única recomendación que yo haría es comprar pequeños colchones de gel para las camas para que le dé suavidad.
