This place worked very well for our stay to see our granddaughter graduate from the U of Florida!
Pros:

Host was extremely helpful. It was very quiet despite being in a campus area. Parking was easy and convenient.

As.my husband and I neared Gainesville on our trip and flipped through the reviews on the site. Some were excellent. . . . .BUT THEN I read complaints regarding 'communal' kitchens and bathrooms . . . and a constant stink of Marijuana.
WHAT?!! I saw NOTHING like that in the site. I called booking.com to cancel before we even got there . . . Luckily I was able to book a much nicer place. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU'RE OK WITH ALL THE ABOVE!

We were comfortable and it was nice to have a full kitchen.
Pros:

Location is good. Staff were friendly. Place was clean.

Cons:

Room was a little tight. No elevator. Didn't realize we had to share a bathroom.
