A cozy place near UF

There was no indication that my female friend and I (also a female) would have to share the condo with men and women. The single room we were assigned had no windows and was very small. We couldn’t be comfortable in the place with mixed company. Some of the tenants that we saw made us leary of leaving our personal items in the room when we would be away. Additionally, the place smelled of marijuana as it was being smoked inside the condo. I reported these things to the owner and stated that we didn’t feel safe there, he got angry and said his policy was no refunds. He stated that no one else had complained about the smell of pot, so I must be lying. None of this information was not made available about the place prior to booking. So the night we arrived, we were completely upset. It was pouring rain and we had no place to go. We didn’t feel comfortable staying in that condo. I definitely do not recommend this owner or his place!!!

Miss represented. Lousy facilities. Paid in advance. Non refundable and I still went to different motel and just ate what I paid out. Lesson learned.

Everything was exceptional

There's nothing I didn't like everything was great.

No complaints.

No dislikes whatsoever great management and staff.

Multiple roommates occupy one place

The room was a little small. I would have moved the bedside table against the wall so that the person sleeping on that side could get in and out of bed without crawling over each other.
