Wow! Amazing!
Pros:

Our best choice in Zhangjiajie. And I have to say that it is a place where we felt as if we were at home. Thank you for your help and for facing our questions and doubt always with a smile! You all guys are amazing! From Liang (I don't have enough words to thank you for your amazing english, help and comprehension since our arrival), Shan Shan we do really appreciate all your help.. and the rest of the team were simply WOW!! Hope we come back to China as soon as we can and visit you again!

Cons:

I would like to suggest that breakfast had more options for foreigners. But we enjoyed it as it was. Thank you for the Jam, much appreciated Liang. You're awesome!

Hotel familiar excelente, con atención personalizada
Pros:

El hotel está gestionado por una familia y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Nuestro asesor, Liang, hablaba perfectamente inglés y nos guió de manera clara y detallada para visitar el Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie y el Monte Tianmen. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo por WeChat y nos ayudó con cualquier necesidad. La habitación para tres personas era cómoda, con dos baños, una ducha y dos camas de matrimonio, además de tener un precio muy asequible. El hotel también ofrece recogida y traslado a la estación de tren de forma gratuita y puntual, lo cual fue muy práctico.

Cons:

El desayuno es limitado, principalmente comida china, por lo que puede resultar flojo si no eres aficionado a este tipo de comida. La ubicación está bien, pero como los sitios de interés están apartados, no es un factor determinante.

Pros:

Enjoyed our stay! Staff were always friendly and welcoming when entering building. Breakfast was great. Shanshan was very helpful! Went above and beyond with helping us! We were very grateful to her with all the help she gave us while we were there. I definitely will be coming back and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Friendly staffs and very good breakfast.
Pros:

The staffs are nice and friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. They have Hunan noodles, so yummy !!!

I was only staying for 1 night, so i don’t have any comment regarding this.

La habitación es cómoda y el personal bien predispuesto.

Cons:

El desayuno es pésimo. No solo no hay nada occidental sino que ni siquiera la máquina de café funcionaba. El primer día, solo café (nada de latte, cappuccino o similar) y a partir del segundo día, ni siquiera funcionaba. Dsp, era toda comida asiática. No lo recomiendo. El personal del desayuno nada amable y poco profesional.

Pros:

La professionalità e la cortesia dimostrate da Mr. Liang e dal suo staff sono state di altissimo livello. Ci hanno gentilmente messo a disposizione un veicolo per visitare la montagna Tianmen e per il trasferimento alla stazione ferroviaria. L’ubicazione dell’hotel è strategica e altamente consigliabile.
Le camere sono eleganti e confortevoli, la colazione è di alta qualità e offre una vasta gamma di opzioni. Questi fattori hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno eccellente.
