Great atmosphere and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

This has been my absolute favorite stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Shen Shen was incredibly genuine, warm, and friendly—she went above and beyond to help us. She assisted us in planning our trip, arranged airport pickups and drop-offs, booked all our tickets (including shuttle tickets), and even suggested the best routes to explore. She stayed in touch throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed.
The manager was very kind, and breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The staff are all so happy-go-lucky! Great location for airport, stations, and walking the city. Clean and roomy rooms. Breakfast food options were vast too.

We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The hosts (especially Xianxian and Qianqian) were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring; they went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay!
A special highlight was how they helped organize our trips and excursions, without their support, our experience definitely wouldn’t have been this memorable.
The accommodation itself was cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location is also excellent, with everything easily accessible. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality – we would absolutely love to come back!

La habitación ha sido muy cómoda. Tanto Quianquian como Dandan han sido muy atentas, nos han organizado todas las excursiones, lavado de ropa, y nos han trasladado al aeropuerto ida y vuelta incluido en el precio. Muy recomendable.

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Liang, the manager who also acted as our butler, went above and beyond to make our trip to Zhangjiajie unforgettable. Before and during our stay, he carefully planned our itinerary so we could see the key highlights while avoiding bad weather. He constantly checked the forecast and adjusted plans to make sure we had the best experience possible.

The service started from the moment we arrived. The hotel arranged an airport pickup as part of their service, welcomed us with thoughtful gifts, and served us a beautiful tea prepared by another host, who is also one of Liang’s siblings. The warm, family-style hospitality made us feel immediately at home.

Liang also created a group chat with us so that we could easily reach out if we needed help at any time. They were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist. Liang actively advised us about common pitfalls and tourist traps to avoid, helping us save time, avoid delays, and not waste money on unnecessary things.

Breakfast was included each morning and was absolutely amazing, especially the traditional Hunan noodle soup which we loved. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring.

What impressed us the most was Liang’s immense dedication. He even came in on his day off to help us plan our day, booked Didi rides for us to different attractions, and helped arrange a taxi for our journey to our next destination. His level of care and attention is truly exceptional.

Liang and his siblings have created something truly special with this hotel. It is by far the most beautiful and memorable hotel experience we have ever had in our lives. The level of hospitality, care, and attention to detail has set the bar incredibly high and has honestly raised our standards for hotels in the future. It will be very difficult for other hotels to match the experience they have created here.

They didn’t just help us with directions; they personally assisted us in booking tickets for every part of our journey to ensure we didn’t get scammed or lost. However, what truly moved us was their honesty and generosity. When we needed a taxi, they actually rented one for us using their own money to make sure we had a safe and fair ride. That is the definition of world-class service.

It is rare to find a team so dedicated to making strangers feel like family. If you are in Zhanjiang, do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. These ladies deserve all the appreciation. Thank you for everything!

Our best choice in Zhangjiajie. And I have to say that it is a place where we felt as if we were at home. Thank you for your help and for facing our questions and doubt always with a smile! You all guys are amazing! From Liang (I don't have enough words to thank you for your amazing english, help and comprehension since our arrival), Shan Shan we do really appreciate all your help.. and the rest of the team were simply WOW!! El hotel está gestionado por una familia y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Nuestro asesor, Liang, hablaba perfectamente inglés y nos guió de manera clara y detallada para visitar el Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie y el Monte Tianmen. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo por WeChat y nos ayudó con cualquier necesidad. La habitación para tres personas era cómoda, con dos baños, una ducha y dos camas de matrimonio, además de tener un precio muy asequible. El hotel también ofrece recogida y traslado a la estación de tren de forma gratuita y puntual, lo cual fue muy práctico.

Enjoyed our stay! Staff were always friendly and welcoming when entering building. Breakfast was great. Shanshan was very helpful! Went above and beyond with helping us! We were very grateful to her with all the help she gave us while we were there. I definitely will be coming back and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay
