Die Lage ist gut und das Personal freundlich. self-service Waschsalon mit 2 modernen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern.
Die Matratze ist durchgelegen, im Zimmer lagen Zigarettenstummel!!! Wasserflecke an der Decke um das Fenster herum! Das Frühstück war passabel, hingegen fühlten sich Die Tische klebrig an. Das Fitnessstudio besteht aus zwei Laufbändern, welche im Waschsalon stehen, der wiederum sehr dreckig war. Rauchen war überall möglich.
The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping our room fresh and tidy every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was always spotless. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and they even remembered our coffee preferences by the second morning. A clean, quiet, and well-managed hotel that made our stay truly enjoyable!

The quality of the service - everybody was very nice at the reception. A special thumb up for Aming who was fantastic, helpful, very sweet and super efficient! My children also experienced a fabulous tea ceremony with the manager who was particularly careful and elegant.

El personal sin duda es lo mejor del hotel: super amables, daban recomendaciones con interés para disfrutar los ratos libres, nos proporcionaron una cuna para nuestra bebe con cariño, nos llevaron varias o ocasiones a la estación de tren sin costo y con una sonrisa,… Gracias tanto a la gerente como a todo el personal (Aming, …). Las habitaciones son amplias, están limpias y, en nuestro caso al ir con niños, tenian motivos infantiles para que estuviesen más agusto. La ubicación es muy buena tanto para ir al parque nacional como para dar un paseo al volver de las excursiones, ya que está a un paso del centro.

Hotel comodo per visitare la zona. Lo staff fantastico in particolare Shanshan che ci ha organizzato e prenotato i due giorni sia a zhangjiajie che a tianmen Mountain. Buona colazione

Literie un peu mole
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, der kostenlose Shuttle von und zum Flughafen war sehr komfortabel. Hervorzuheben ist der „Buttlerservice“, der uns alle Informationen zum National Forest Park gegeben hat. Vor allem war auch Rezeptionist Ming super, er spricht Englisch und stand uns bei vielen Fragen zur Seite, freundlich und engagiert! Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt hier fantastisch, wir würden das Hotel immer wieder empfehlen.
Tolles Personal mit einem „Personal Butler“ Konzept, der einem bei den Ausflügen etc. Hilft inkl. kostenlose Taxis zum Bahnhof / Flughafen.
Hotelzimmer sind sauber und geräumig, strategisch gute Lage nahe an Flughafen, Bahnstation und Seilbahn.
Das Design vom Badezimmer ist nicht optimal (keine Privatsphäre). Es gibt einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber keinen Tee/Kaffee.
Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber lecker.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
What we didn’t like was mainly related to the room and breakfast experience. On our first night, the room had a strong cigarette smell, as if someone had been smoking there recently. The odor was quite overwhelming and made it very difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
Additionally, the breakfast could definitely be improved. The selection was quite limited and basic.
Overall, it felt underwhelming and could benefit from more variety and better preparation.
