Schönes Hotel aber zu teuer
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, die Hotel Pools und die Anlage an sich. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich gewesen. Direkte Strandlage

Cons:

Für 200€ aufwärts die Nacht erwartet man etwas mehr von den Zimmern. Der Preis ist unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz gerechtfertigt.

Photos are totally misleading, this hotel is maximum 3star on a good day. Do not stay here, it’s reaaaaallly baddd.
Pros:

The upstairs pool is nice but it’s very small off there are more than 3/4 people. Ana at the reception was nice and the staff at the restaurant upstairs were nice.

Cons:

Pretty much everything, awful room, sand all over the floor, sand in my bed. Main light in room didn’t work, the taps and drains in the in bathroom smelled really bad. We were woken up at 7am with cleaners washing the floors of the cavernous hallways and shouting to each other. Lots of bad finishing with decoration. Security personnel really aggressive and rude. Location of the beach is right next to where all the boats are and the beach is really dirty and crowded full of Americans. The breakfast is awful, all super processed food and really poor selection. Do not believe the photos, the experience is nothing like the one they sell you.

Hotel pé na areia ( a praia é o quintal do hotel) Maravilhoso. Café da manhã e estrutura muito bem cuidada. Destaque para as funcionárias: Johanny da recepção e Betsamine da área da piscina superior. Excepcionais.

Super hôtel à Punta Cana
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super, le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux, les deux piscines sont un vrai plus et les chambres sont super ! Le personnel est très accueillant et aimable, surtout Katherin qui s'est occupée de nous pendant notre séjour.

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

One of the pools was not working for the duration of the time we were there. This is outside of the hotel’s control but there was so much seaweed on the beach that gave the beach a bad smell and made it impossible to go swimming. About 4 hotels down, the beach was clean.

The ocean front view is absolutely incredible. The breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I had ever had. They even catered to my food allergies.
