Friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good TV. Location was great. Parking available at the back of the hotel.

Cons:

Please could you sell more snacks? Chocolate, biscuits!

Ideal location would stay again
Pros:

Property was ideal central location, had a good restaurant where enjoyed Thai food. It was clean and functional and our suite had a large room with twin beds a separate toilet and separate bathroom. It is an old historical building and has a lot of charm. Staff are friendly and helpful and willing to assist with any issues. Plenty of coffee and water provided in room.

Cons:

As the pub is historically old we were on top floor which could be a problem for some less fit guests although the staff did offer to carry baggage. The fittings and bathroom are older but were perfectly serviceable and clean. Room was extremely hot but a fan was provided

Lovely pub, large room and totally central

Could be better!
Pros:

the beds were ok but not great. The staff were very friendly

Cons:

The hotel need some love and attention, the room was ok had what we needed, the beds were ok but not great. It was just a bit tatty. We had breakfast which we paid for separately I had eggs Benedict the roll was chewy like it had been frozen and microwaved to defrost it.
