Experiencia inadmisible en todos los sentidos.
Pros:

Reservamos en B&B Yeguada La Parrilla a través de hoteles.com para que mi marido y un compañero, que trabajan de noche en Madrid, pudieran descansar tras su turno. Todo estaba confirmado y pagado. Sin embargo, cuando llamé para organizar su llegada, la respuesta fue surrealista: no admiten check-in después de las 21:00, y aunque llegaran de madrugada tendrían que esperar en la puerta hasta las 8 de la mañana, sin excepción. Ni una solución, ni un mínimo de empatía.

A las 8:00 h, tras toda la noche trabajando y dos horas esperando en el coche, llegaron puntualmente… ¿y qué se encuentran? Que el recepcionista —el padre de la encargada— dice que "cree que no tienen habitación", a pesar de tener una reserva confirmada y pagada. Y aún peor: que mejor se fueran a otro sitio. Solo después de mucha insistencia y amenaza de llamar a la policía accedieron a dejarlos pasar, con desgana y un trato hostil.

El problema no es solo la pésima gestión, sino la absoluta falta de educación y humanidad. No se trata de normas, se trata de sentido común y de saber tratar a las personas. No es un sitio barato, y desde luego no ofrece ni calidad ni profesionalidad.

No recomiendo bajo ningún concepto este alojamiento. Quien gestiona un B&B debe entender que trabaja con personas, no con reservas automáticas. Aquí ni lo uno ni lo otro.
