Cons:

I arrive early requested possible allow to check in early, reason is I prefer with green colour theme, before booking hotel also put as remark. But them not agree with early check in but will reserve green theme for me. Then I check in after lunch at 3:15pm. First reception informed that them make a mistake, wrong gave my reserve room to other customer, and this room bath tub can't fuction

Pros:

Rooms are great I can relax. Have all amnesties inside my room. I req for hair dryer at counter they give me. A special mention to Nafis the front desk who made our stay amazing. Anything we req hair dryer iron he come and give us by himself. Thank you Kingston 3 and thank you nafis for you warm hospitality

Pros:

This is small hotel, quiet and at great location

Cons:

Not enough light in the room. Window is there but it is blocked from outside so not enough light come inside and the room lights are also not bright enough.

- schlechte Beleuchtung im Zimmer
- entspricht nicht dem Zustand auf den Bildern
- überteuert
- Schränke kaputt und Schmutzig, Reinigungskraft ist hier wohl ein Fremdwort.

This hotel felt like a scam. I really don’t understand how it’s rated as a 3-star hotel.

The room was not clean and poorly maintained, and there was almost no sound insulation — you can hear everything from the next room.

The photos online don’t match the reality at all. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, no matter how cheap it is.
