Just a Stay, not Happy.
Pros:

Location is strategic as it's in the city center and nearby to the main malls either by walking or car. The reception staff were friendly and had a smooth checkin. Bathroom was very clean.

Cons:

The room was very badly managed and run down. I stayed in the suite( so called). The carpet in the room was dirty and ceilings were wet and dry due to the roofing. Bed not comfortable, had smell on the pillows, seems like it's has not been changed.

Room not comfy and light ambiance was bad. The last time I stay years back in 2019 was very good.

A special mention to front staff Torikul for the outstanding service, warm attitude, and professionalism. He made the stay much more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Had a great stay at Kingston Hotel 3. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was very good. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around. Cons:

I arrive early requested possible allow to check in early, reason is I prefer with green colour theme, before booking hotel also put as remark. But them not agree with early check in but will reserve green theme for me. Then I check in after lunch at 3:15pm. First reception informed that them make a mistake, wrong gave my reserve room to other customer, and this room bath tub can't fuction

Pros:

Rooms are great I can relax. Have all amnesties inside my room. I req for hair dryer at counter they give me. A special mention to Nafis the front desk who made our stay amazing. Anything we req hair dryer iron he come and give us by himself. Thank you Kingston 3 and thank you nafis for you warm hospitality
