The pool area was lovely,clean with sunloungers and parasols. Fresh towels always available.
This hotel is not a 5star hotel. Parts of the hotel are in need of renovation. This could have been overlooked if it was made up for in service. The service in the pool bar area was awful particularly the tall bar man. He was rude and obnoxious,not only to customers but to staff too.
Scan to pool area facility didn’t work and food and drinks way overpriced. Twice the price of bars/restaurants a few minutes walk away.
Breakfast was nice but very basic.
Room was very small but the air conditioning was very good.

The spa is very expensive, pool area snack menu very average, bedrooms small for the price.

La struttura non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle. Gli asciugamani erano sporchi, lo scopino del bagno era vecchio e in pessime condizioni (vi lascio immaginare) e la porta del bagno non si chiudeva.
Ho chiesto per ben tre volte, a tre persone diverse, se fosse possibile avere dei cuscini migliori, ma non ho mai ricevuto alcun riscontro.
Non è il mio primo soggiorno in un hotel a 5 stelle e so bene quale livello di servizio e di comfort ci si aspetta da una struttura di questa categoria. Purtroppo questo hotel non lo è affatto. Di 5 stelle ha soltanto il prezzo.
Peccato, perché con maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione e al servizio avrebbe potuto offrire un'esperienza decisamente migliore.

Čistoča sobe, brisač in bazena. Ponudba na zajtrku(egg station sploh ni bil na voljo). V sobi je zamakalo in ves zvok iz hodnikov se sliši v sobo, kot da je vrez zvocne izolacije. Nisem pricakoval da ima booking na svoji platformi ponudbo iz tako slabe nastanitve.
Clean hotel really well located.
Wi-Fi hasn’t been working 80% of the time (even if shown available and connected there was no internet bandwidth).
Seems like Alghero is known to have power cuts from time to time. Even though the hotel is 5 stars they don’t have generators for the entire hotel and if a power cut is in place, you’ll be left without AC and electricity until back on.
The Maitre d’or in the main restaurant was nice and well informed
This is not a five start hotel. It’s dated and the service is not up to scratch. Breakfast was especially disappointing and served in a dark and depressing conference room.
Receptionists also let us be ripped off by taxi driver who refused to take two people and two bike boxes in big van.
Good location in Alghero with a sea view.
For a 5 stars hotel , a bit of modernization outside would be beneficial.

Staff were very friendly. In particular Betty was very attentive and helpful.

Poor and overly expensive lunch menu and service was poor.
Rooms were basic and poorly furnished for clothes storage.
