Muy amables en todo momento. El desayuno buffet tiene mucha variedad así que es recomendable para iniciar el día. Tiene calefacción y la limpieza es muy buena.

Pros:

Hotel comodo per una notte.
La stanza tripla è grande, mediamente pulita, e calda. C'è il bollitore con té e caffé, e un armadio per mettere i vestiti.
I letti (3) sono molto comodi, le lenzuola pulite e le coperte calde.
Il bagno è piccolo ma pratico, doccia calda, asciugamani puliti, shampo e bagnoschiuma forniti.
La posizione è abbastanza comoda, a circa dieci minuti a piedi dalla metro.

Cons:

I cuscini sono scomodissimi, troppo alti e duri, impossibile dormirci.
La zona è industriale quindi la sera tardi non c'è niente se si vuole mangiare qualcosa.
La colazione, benché a buffet, è eccessivamente cara a 12€ a persona.

Pros:

Вежливый персонал. Расположение отеля удобное, не центр, конечно, но добираться до центра у нас проблем не доставляло.

Cons:

Все впечатление испортили тараканы. Три дня мы жили в отеле и все три дня гонялись за тараканами. И большие, и маленькие, на любой вкус. Дочь плакала, боялась засыпать, потому что одного из них она обнаружила у себя в постели. Пока я пыталась их догнать и ползала под кроватями и тумбочками, увидела насколько там грязно. Хотя на первый взгляд номер кажется чистым. Есть ещё всякие недочёты, но это мелочи по сравнению с тараканами. Если их столько в номере, то сколько же их на кухне! Поэтому и завтракать там не хотелось, еда заветренная, выбор совсем небольшой. Два раза все же пришлось там позавтракать, потому что с утра в этом районе все кафе еще закрыты. Извините, но в следующий раз остановимся в другом месте.
На фото это бегущий таракан, не получилось поймать фокус на нем.

a minmha avaliação péssima , deve-se, a eu não ter estado no hotel, porque eu anulei a reservação a tempo e horas. se verificarem no meu historico de reservas , a mesma está cancelada, e aind por cima foi-me descontado na minha conta bancaria, pelo que exijo que revejam, e me devolvam o dinheiro.
