Muito bom.
Pros:

O café era muito bom e a localização era ótima, bem em frente ao parque aquático.

Cons:

Eu acho que está faltando manutenção no prédio, apesar de eles estarem fazendo a pintura externa ainda tem muitas coisas que poderiam melhorar.

Difícil fazer elogio, diante de tanto contratempo e é constrangimento que passamos.

Cons:

Falta de empatia, instalações e estadia decepcionante.

Tudo muito perfeito e organizado.
Pros:

Foi tudo muito perfeito. Fomos durante o feriado de carnaval e por incrivel que pareça, não tinha aquele tumulto de gente. A limpeza do quarto estava impecável. Todas as instalações, inclusive as piscinas estavam muito limpas. Contratamos o pacote com pensão completa e a comida estava deliciosa, com várias opções. A equipe da cozinha estava sempre muito atenta a higiene das mesas e do buffet. Com certeza voltaremos!

Cons:

Tudo estava maravilhoso. Nada a reclamar. Toda a equipe sempre muito solícita!

Localização e acesso ao clube

Cons:

Da organização, fila para ir e voltar do quarto, porque os elevadores são poucos e não dão conta da demanda, faltam funcionários para atendimento aos clientes no check in e checkout, pois a fila e o tempo de espera são longos .
