The breakfast was not good, not enough quantity
almost all the food containers were empty,
We arrived at about 5:30 pm and found the hotel room was not ready yet. We waited until about 7. While we were waiting, we went to the bathroom and they did not have any toilet paper. Once we got our room, it was not very clean, the TV remote was missing, and the bed was uncomfortable. We went to the pool, it was packed, no towels anywhere, and a kid puked in there. We went back to our room immediately.
Breakfast was good but we came in at the end so things were picked over.
More attention to lightener available for coffee.

I liked the friendly staff, the room overall, and the location.
The bottom of the shower had dingey stains that made it look dirty. I was only staying overnight, so I didn't make a big deal about it, but if I had needed to shower, I might have wanted to change rooms.

Did not sleep until 3:00am. Everytime someone opened and closed their doors it slammed keeping us awake. You could hear everyone talking in the hallways. Above us it sounded like elephants walking. Will never stay here again. The bathroom floor was so sticky we put towels down.

The breakfast was not bad. They had a good selection. I wish they would have had taller coffee cups and more yogurt
I didn't like that I had to pay extra to use the gym and the pool. We had to ask to have towels to use the pool, and for the bathrooms every day.

La atención, muy grosera la recepcionista, y fuera de eso la entrada estaba para las 3 pm, y nos dieron las 5:30 y aún no había habitaciones limpias, nos tuvieron mas de 2 horas esperando, eso fue muy irresponsable, dijeron que podíamos cancelar y eso hicimos y buscamos otro hotel mucho mejor.

Mejiers is near by. 20 min from the beach. Great breakfast. Better rate than my usual hotel.
No sanitizer wipes in the gym. I had to inform staff. The 15, 20, 25, and 30 lbs fingerless were missing.

Lack of communication with maid service. Elevator stopped working.
Everything about my stay was great! The staff were all very professional and friendly. The room was clean, and the pool area was, too. The breakfast was very good, and the coffee tasted like my own.
I didn't like that I had to leave.
