The hotel was stunning and they kindly gave us a free upgrade due to it being out of season. The hotel was very attentive and our room was cleaned multiple times a day

für mich hat das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst.
Pros:

Wir sind super empfangen worden beim einchecken, ein Getränk zum Empfang wurde gegeben. Von Sekt bis Kaffee, wie man wollte. Die Lage war großartig. Palma war wirklich gut zu erreichen. Leider sind wir mit ca. 3 Stunden Verspätung abgeflogen, so konnten wir nicht mehr Abendessen, wir konnten uns aber aus der Snackkarte noch etwas aussuchen. Dies wurde da wir Halbpension gebucht hatten nicht verrechnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und vielfältig. Das Service Personal beim Frühstück war auch sehr aufmerksam. Der Blick von den 2 Terrassen Abendessen und Frühstück war super

Am zweiten Tag nach dem Frühstück standen wir vor unserer verschlossenen Zimmertür. Ich musste das Servicepersonal rufen. Nach ca. 20-30 Minuten konnten wir dann auch wieder in unser Zimmer. Aussage war Batterie des Schlosses sei leer - die Batterie wurde gewechselt. Leider standen wir am nächsten Tag wieder vor einer nicht zu öffnenden Tür. Wir wurden hineingelassen mit der Aussage; das Schloss sei defekt und sie würde es tauschen. Als wir nach ca. 7 Stunden von einem Ausflug wieder kamen, standen wir wieder vor der Tür. Leider ist vergessen worden das wir neue Karten brauchten... Wir haben also ca. 1,25 Std damit verbracht vor der Türe zu warten....
und mehr als ein es tut uns leid kam nicht.... Leider ging das ganze noch weiter. Am zweiten Abenden waren wir total vom Service beim Halbpension Abendessen begeistert wirklich total super leider war es dann an den 3 drauf folgenden Tagen für uns mit anderem Service Mitarbeiter zum Haare raufen.... extrem lange Wartezeiten zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptspeise, mal davon abgesehen das wir dachten wir würden gar nicht gefragt werden was wir als Nachspeise wollten (diese sind Vorbereitet) dauerte es dann auch extrem lange bis sie dann endlich gebracht wurde. Man dachte auch das Englisch von unserem Servicebegleiter ist nicht vorhanden, auch wenn meines nicht super gut ist, jeder andere Verstand was wir wollten.
An den Getränken hätten Sie mehr verdienen können hätte man uns mal zwischendurch gefragt, statt dessen sind wir quasi "hinterher" gelaufen um zu bestellen. Leider habe ich auch etwas an der Speisekarte auszusetzen. Es gibt als Halbpension
ca. 8-10 Vorspeisen - als Hauptspeise zur Wahl 4 Fischgerichte - 4 Fleischgerichte und 6 andere ca. und als Nachspeise Schokoküchlein, Beerentiramisu, Käsekuchen u. Pannacotta. Für ein 5 Sterne Haus hätte ich mir da mehr Abwechslung gewünscht, zumind. bei den Vor- und Nachspeisen. Auch den Meerblick haben wir von unserem Zimmer aus gesucht.

Lovely 5* hotel
Pros:

The room was amazing, great size, bed was huge and comfortable. The staff was professional, attentiveand friendly.

Cons:

If I have to mention something, you would expect more from the spa and the gym. Everywhere you go is ample, big rooms, loads of space, but the gym is tiny and the spa not really impressive.
