JANGAN PERLAKUKAN KAMI DENGAN BIADAP

Maaf, tiada yang saya suka.

Pengalaman yang mengerikan. Jam 10.30 pm, bilik kami cuba dibuka dari luar. Anak saya telefon untuk kecemasan berulang kali tetapi tidak diangkat. Tiba-tiba, pintu dibuka, syukurlah kami meletak selak pada pintu. Jika tidak, pastinya kami yang tidak bertudung pada saat itu, akan terbuka auratnya.
Sekitar jam 11 pm, saya ke kaunter receptionist. Setelah banyak kali call nombor yang dinyatakan. Kami diperlakukan seperti orang yang tinggal di hotel tersebut secara HARAM. Sudahlah kami trauma dengan kejadian di bilik, kemudian diperlakukan dengan cara yang sangat biadab.
Dan di sinilah kami tahu, bahawa pihak hotel telah TERSALAH memberi bilik kepada kami.
Bilik yang ditempah mempunyai tingkap tetapi bilik kami 1068 tiada tingkap.
Saya balik ke bilik dan berbincang dengan anak-anak, kami buat keputusan untuk keluar dari hotel tersebut. Ya, kami check out pada jam lebih kurang 12pm.
Saya harap hal ini tidak berulang kepada mana-mana pelanggan hotel ini pasa masa hadapan.

Easy access. The staff was so nice. The room given is too big & spacious. Could be better if there is much more furniture in it. Maybe can put a coffee table & a sofa in the empty space.

Cons:

The water heater was not functioning. Bathing in cold. We need to get up from bed to adjust the aircond. Lazy to request for room change because only one night stay.

Room size. For me it's large and affordable. My baby 9 month exploring all area.

Cons:

Hotel lift not function. Under maintenance..as customer that in out from hotel need to walk and going up using stair with carrying baby on shoulder
