Pros:

Завтрак преимущественно азиатский. Были во период месяца Рамадан, сухур (ранний завтрак для постящихся) давали. Как то приехали на метро и решили пешком добраться. Вроде бы рядом, но прямого тротуара не было. В общем пришлось вызвать такси. Выбрали отель изза близости к университету.

The hotel rooms are rundown. Needs a renovation badly. The positive experience was we were allowed to check in without h

The location.

Cons:

The bathroom shower glass design. It’s too short so water splashing on the floor outside the shower area, also because the shower head is shooting water in all direction. The. Bathroom door slides open by itself.

There is no window in the room. I cannot imagine having to escape from a fire. There is no alternative route to escape.

Also the power tripped in one of our rooms and the room next to it. It took few calls and messages for the staffs to turn up to fix. When the manager on duty appeared, he questioned us if we charged something that cause the tripping. We just got back from outing and wasn’t charging anything.

Cons:

FO staff keep making mistakes. Communication problem. Non Malaysian staff are probably Bangladeshis in reception. Dirty bathroom, dusty furniture, dirty carpet.
