Henry and his wife were very gracious and accommodating. He had to wake up very early to drive me to the airport
The bathroom was good value but could do with a little makeover.
Henry, the owner provided great communication in the lead up to our stay. He met us at the property and explained how everything worked. The house was massive and offered everything we could need. The massage chair in the living area was an added bonus! There were five adults and three teenage boys in our group yet we never felt constricted by space. The beds were all fitted with thick, comfortable mattresses and the two bathrooms were spacious. The house is in a quiet residential street with minimal traffic and there are restaurants and take away food shops close by.
Dishes were left in the draining rack in the kitchen and a couple of the small rubbish bins hadn’t been emptied when we arrived.
The host was very prompt at replying to enquires.
He seems very pleasent and booking in was an ease.
The house was comfortable with enough rooms for every couple/single. Having a fan in the small single room 1 was perfect!
There was nice cold water in the fridge.
A bonus would have been having the ice maker filled.
Although this place was lovely there were some attention to details that would have me rate it higher.
There was a rotting pumpkin on a shelf under the coffee machine which due to smell we put out side.
The bathroom that services nearly all bedrooms was not very clean. Again attention to detail... the shower floor and metal edges were brown and dirty.
It was lovely to have clean new towels, but my advice would be to wash new towels prior to providing. They hold a chemical that prevents them from properly soaking up water.
Overall though our nights stay was pleasent and checking out between 10 and 11 gave that little extra time in the morning for all 8 of us to get ready.

some cobwebs around the place, otherwise clean. Would have been nice to have instructions on working the TV but that might have been me lol!
Close to airport but not right next to it, very quiet, beds comfy, staff lovely, excellent value for money
Nothing , but if you are the sort of person who doesn't like sharing a bathroom this won't be for you. It is a large house.
