Kiel 5-Star Condo Hotel Across NAIA Manila Airport Terminal 3

Everything. Disgusting , door didn’t close - unsafe. Roaches everywhere. Awful smell in the room. Stained bed sheets. Bathroom had an awful smell. Owner was so cheeky and argued with me and is refusing to give me a refund back. The title says 5 star hotel , it is not a hotel nor is it anywhere near close to 5 star I wouldn’t even give it one star.

We waited for 30mins as no one knew what was going on.
We were not in the rooms we booked and the room was terrible.
Noisy as we could not shut the door to the balcony and the pillow was smelly.
Our children were in a completely different building.

Nothing

Noise, balcony doors dose has handles to lock it to reduce the noise, roaches the room filled with bugs roaches in dishes cabinets.

Our "apartment ", was very run down. Most lights did'nt work, no hot water, microwave not working, aircon only fan, no cooling. Very difficult to lock door. We found mail on table from condo management saying utilities were in arrears and would be cut off on the day we were leaving. This was appartment 9-J suggest you do not continue to list.

Property was misleading and false advertising, the experience was so inconvenient and unreliable. The worst stay experience ever done through booking.com. The place is rather an Air BNB and not even 1 star!

Booked a King Bed suite and upon arrival the bed was a double bed! Sofa bed was not there but was mentioned in the description. Additional guests will be charged 1000php!

To find the entrance of the building is a nightmare by driving.

The check-in process was crazy! We were assisted by a security who could not find our names for 20 mins. He is communicating via Radio with a lady shouting toxically on the other end!

It mentioned on the Amenities with Parking, and then you have to pay 400 php when you get there (when you finally click hidden information on booking.com it actually says 350 php, even wrong amount was mentioned). When you reach there, the booking coordinator will have to inform security and will totally waste your time before a parking could be allocated to you.

The rooms smells like a damp wet cloth, the bathroom shower gels looks like half used by previous stays and towels looks gross.

Overall the booking.com management should apprehend this property by asking them to provide accurate information and description of the place.

The lights was not really bright, it doesn’t have a good maintenance of the condo hotel. The intercom wasn’t functioning.

The camera is connected to the audio in Television, giving us false alarm, that's why we didn't rest and we didn't sleep properly, too much distrubing

BED WAS LITERALLY BROKEN, TOWELS WERE LIKE RAGS. THE DESCRIPTION WAS VERY MISLEADING

The title is misleading this has absolutely nothing to do with a 5 star! The quality not deserve any star!
The pictures are missleading it not look nice like this in real. It is an old appartement, you can even not open the door from the terrasse, the aircon isn't a manual very noisy that not work properly...very overpriced for the poor quality

It's not 5- star hotel. It's a airbnb. The name appeared in booking.com is not correct...No personal kits available in the toilet or in the kitchen. The aircon output is not sufficient to 4 persons, it's very low, cannot cold the room with 4 occupants.

Not worth it to stay. Room has many small cockroaches.

The table was dirty, the place was not as it seemed in the fotos. Had to book at holiday inn instead. Place was old and they clickbait you saying that it is a 5 star hotel when in fact gave motel vibes and no option for refund! Definitely not worth it

Some exchaust and stove are not working
