Próxima ao grande templo das assembleias de Deus. Bem limpinho e aconchegante.
Os proprietários são bem prestativos.

O estacionamento tem entradas e passagem muitos estreitos.

PRECISA DE REPAROS, MAS O AP APESAR DE PEQUENO DIGO QUE É BOM.

Cons:

O Ar condicionado, o vento frio bate no rosto o tempo todo, incomoda muito e logo a cabeça doi, improvisaram um equipamento de plastico fixado abaixo dele para manter o vento pra cima mas nao fumciona, esta precisando de varios reparo e com urgencia. As luzes do abajur da cama não estao funcionando e o quarto esta um pouci escuro. O cartao de abrir a porta e ascender luzes nao funciona. As garagens do sub-soli é muito apertada para os veiculos manobrar ate mesmo pra sair. Mais de 80% das colunas de sustentação das garagens pelo visto ja amassou muitos carro e deram prejuizos aos proprietarios, os sinais estão nas estrutura pra quem quiser ver, Tirando esses detalhes que precisam ser resolvidos, la é bom.
