We do not recommend this accommodation under any circumstances! Shortly after we landed in Ho Chi Minh City, our host wrote to us to say that there was a problem with the air conditioning, which is why we had to be relocated at short notice, but the price would remain the same. The new accommodation nearby was then of far lower quality in all respects than the one promised to us when we booked. There was a view of a huge building site, the WiFi didn't work and there was a disgusting smell coming from the drain. The host charges 3% more for card payment and is not very responsive when contacted. All in all, our stay did not meet our expectations at all. Since we have also read from other users here that they were relocated in a similar way, we suspect that this is a scam. Better book somewhere else.

When I finally got my room that I booked in the pictures it was nice but that took almost two days of dealing with them to give me what I booked

Big sized apartment with everything I needed for my stay. Checkin and out was very quick and easy.

Nothing considering it was not as per the images or description. Falsely advertised.

The staff who is called Bo was really helpful and kind , quick response when needed . I do appreciate her kindness and responsibility .

It was a wonderful experience. The unit was fully equipped with appliances and everything you would expect in a typical home. The staff was very accommodating. A special thanks to Avocado for assisting us—I truly commend her!

The location is close to the Saigon centre shopping mall. 15 mins walk crossing a bridge. Starbucks and convenient stores around 24/7.

We had to make last minute booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Lan, the apartment support contact, kindly accommodated our request of late night checkin to the apartment building. He met us at the front of the building at around mid night and showed us how to get in.
We booked 3 bedroom apartment that had good views and all required facilities. Location is great with good views and close to markets. Seven eleven and one other cincevnience store in the building was very helpful. Lan even came over to show us where balcony was and how to operate the washing machine.

The location is great. It's a short walk over the bridge to District 1 and easy to get to Ben Thanh market for shopping and food.

The flat is in a residential apartment block so the area is relatively quiet but there are lots of local shops and food places that cheap and delicious.

The flat itself is clean and tidy. Spacious and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms as well so this was great for a group of us.

The host was very helpful and responsive to messages. They were able to arrange airport transfers for us, as well as accommodate a late check in and late check out.

The residential gym is very basic, but if you wanted to pay to use a bigger facility, there is one downstairs on the main road you can go to as well.

7-11 just downstairs to get basic food, drink and snacks which was amazing!
