Bon pour une nuit à proximité de l'aéroport
Pros:

Idéal pour une nuit avant ou après l'avion à Cebu. Proche de l'aéroport. Logement bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Personnel de sécurité présent. Grande piscine et salle de gym.

Cons:

Tout se contrôle : quand on rentre, quand on sort, il faut un ticket pour aller à la piscine, un pour la gym, le rendre ensuite, noter son nom à l'accueil, noter son nom à la piscine... Tout est fastidieux et ça gâche un peu le plaisir. On a l'impression d'être surveillés sans cesse. De plus, nous avons loué pour 4, le logement acceptait quatre personnes mais seuls trois accès piscine et gym étaient délivrés. Il faut débourser 300php pour la 4ème personne...

Peaceful and comfortable. Everything needed for a comfortable stay near the airport.
Pros:

The room was really nice, WiFi was strong and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay without any hassle. When you factor in how close it is to the airport, it is a big win.

Cons:

Nothing of note. Everything was in order, I didn't explore much beyond my room as I had to prep for my flight.

Tylko dla 2 os.
Pros:

Zarezerwowaliśmy to mieszkanie dla 4os, ale zdecydowanie nie nadaje się ono dla 4 os. Pokój jest mały, drugie łóżko to wyszywana szuflada na której jest mało miejsca i nogi zwisają z łóżka.
Będzie ok dla 2 os, ale większej ilości zdecydowanie nie. Na jedną noc będzie ok.

Cons:

Małe jak dla 4-os. W szafach były zostawione jakieś kurtki. Zgłosiliśmy to właścicielce.

Unterkunft für zwischen/vor den Flügen perfekt
Pros:

Wir haben hier den Tag zwischen unserem Inlandsflug und den internationalen Flügen am Folgetag verbracht - dafür war die Unterkunft optimal für uns bei einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

- sehr nah am Flughafen (~100 pesos mit Grab / 5 Minuten)
- Pool & Gym mit guten/neuen Geräten inkludiert
- 1 Zimmerwohnung, die wie auf den Bildern aussieht: Badezimmer mit warmer Dusche, Kochnische, Bett & Fernseher vorhanden, Balkon mit Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen der Kleidung, Trinkwasserspender in der Wohnung

Die Kommunikation über die Nachrichtenfunktion mit der Vermietung lief ausgezeichnet und ist hoch zu loben. Sehr schnelle Antworten und freundliche Kommunikation.

Cons:

Die Dame am „Check-In“ in der Lobby des Hauses. Noch nie einen Menschen gesehen, die ihren Job offenbar so sehr hasst, wie diese Person. Maximal desinteressiert und unfreundlich, keine Weitergabe von Informationen. Während man sich mit ihr unterhalten hat, hat sie ohne hochzugucken auf ihrem Handy irgendetwas gespielt.
(Sie hat allerdings nichts mit der Unterkunft / der Vermietung an sich zu tun, dafür für die Unterkunft die Bewertung von 10)

Acomodação enganosa!
Pros:

Nada. É uma fraude, as fotos são enganosas e o anfitrião é péssimo.

Cons:

Reservei um quarto para 3 adultos. É um cubículo minúsculo, com um beliche para duas pessoas e uma cama minúscula que não cabe ninguém fora uma criança pequena. Além disso, não há roupa de cama para a terceira pessoa, nem travesseiro. O anfitrião foi péssimo, dizendo que tudo estava certo quando obviamente a acomodação não comporta 3 adultos! As fotos no Booking enganam, não se deixe enganar por esse anfitrião desonesto!

Idéal pour un séjour de transit entre deux destinations, situé proche du port et de l’aéroport, facile et pratique.

Le côté sécuritaire de la résidence
Le digicode d’accès à l’appartement
Tout ce dont on a besoin dans un petit périmètre

Cons:

No tenia agua caliente. La cama estaba en alto, con disficultades para dos personas para bajar al baño, y Justo fuimos el día que la piscina (lo único que merecía la pena) estaba en mantenimiento.
