Exceptable hotel, if you keep your expectations low.
Pros:

The hotel is OK. Clean. The staff prepares your choice of eggs, which is nice. It is 15-20 minutes walk to most attractions in the center of Sofia. There is a paid parking spot right accross the street

Cons:

Very boring and out of date. Lack of charm. A lot of mold in the room. Except the freshly prepared eggs by the staff, the breakfast buffet is not inviting at all.
