Pros:

L'emplacement est calme, légèrement excentré mais dispose d'un réseau bus/métro en pied d'immeuble qui permet d'accéder à tout, ville, plage, .....
Il y a 2 piscines, une salle de gym sur 2 étages, des équipements extérieurs - barbecue, ....
Il y a un magasin lanssens au pied de l'immeuble, un restaurant de sushis (délicieux) et à 10/12 minutes à pieds, un Target et un Trader Joe's (La Brea)
L'appartement est grand et très bien équipé (micro-onde, four, plaques, grilles pain, cafetière, bouilloire, frigo, congélateur, sèche cheveux, serviettes de bain, shampooing, machine à laver, sèche linge, ..., vaisselles et couverts en quantité suffisante)
Attention : L'appartement se situe au 3 200 du Bd.
L'accès se fait par badge.
La communication avec l'hôte est simple et rapide

Emplacement Parfait, logement idéal ne pas hésiter pour une réservation
Pros:

Absolument tout ! L’appartement est impeccable extrêmement propre. L’emplacement a 15/20 min du walk of fame idéal ! Un Ralph (super marché ) à 5 min. Une piscine avec serviettes proposées sur les transats et le barbecue pour les grillades au top! Mais surtout une communication très réactive de nôtre hôte et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés.

Excellent in all respects.
Pros:

From check in process to check out, everything was great. The location is excellent, the apartment compound is safe and well maintained. The apartment itself was very clean, well stacked up and the host was super responsive. Will stay again.

Very comfortable and with a gym and a pool it was a holiday within a holiday in a nice getaway
Pros:

It was clean, it was very comfortable and close to all amenities which made my stay very comfortable

Cons:

It was in Marina Del Rey and my people were staying in DTLA and our function was at the USC so I was far away from everyone and getting around proved more expensive than I bargained.

Worse host cancelled our stay, no response from Booking.com

This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with any accommodation booking in my life.

We had a stay booked in advance, only for the host to cancel on us at the very last minute literally the day before we were due to arrive. No proper warning, no reasonable explanation, just a sudden cancellation that completely disrupted our plans saying that works needed to be done at the property

To make matters even worse, our £600 payment was not refunded immediately. Instead of taking responsibility, the host simply told us to contact Booking.com. From that point on, the situation became even more frustrating — Booking.com was extremely slow to respond and offered no urgent support whatsoever, despite the fact that we were effectively left stranded with nowhere to stay in LA

The host then stopped communicating entirely. No replies, no updates, nothing. We were left in limbo, out of pocket, and under huge stress trying to find last-minute accommodation. In the end, we had no choice but to borrow money from our son just to secure another place to stay.

The excuse given was that “works were planned,” but this raises serious questions. If that was the case, why was the property listed and available for booking in the first place? This is something the host clearly should have known well in advance and managed responsibly, rather than cancelling on guests at the last possible moment.

This whole situation was handled terribly from start to finish. It shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care both from the host and from Booking.com.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. This host should not be allowed to continue operating on the platform after treating guests this way.

As for Booking.com, this experience has completely destroyed any trust I had in the platform. I will never use it again especially when you end up chatting to an AI agent that has no emotions or feelings whatsoever

Die Umgebung war echt super. Sicher und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, viele Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung war groß und 2 Bäder mit einem offenen Wohnküche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
