Best romantic room
Pros:

The hotel check in was seamless, the room, washroom and the balcony was amazing. Cleanliness is top notch and the hosts of the property is really good. We took the apartment with sea and fireworks view and it really exceeded our expectations. The pool and other public areas were also very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall we had the most romantic getaway in Phu Quoc. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There's nothing that I didn't like. The only thing I would suggest the hotel staff to keep some spoons and glasses in the kitchen and make sure that those are clean.

Det hade mycket svårt att kommunicera med oss trots språkappar, samtal kring service och städ etc. Deras hotell manager försökte verkligen förstå samt kommunicera med sin personal men de hade svårt att samarbeta med varandra ändå. De sa ja och sedan blev det inte gjort. De hänvisade till olika saker varje gång.
De förstod inte vad innebörden av service, struktur, samarbete, återkoppling är sammantaget på ett hotell. Hur man sköter ett hotell och vad gäster förväntar sig i grunden. Vi bodde där i 20 dagar så vi fick en inblick i hur hotellet fungerade under en ganska lång tid.Det tog tyvärr mkt energi av oss på semestern.
Varmvattnet i köket fungerade inte, det saknades köksartiklar , toapapper fick vi be om hela tiden, under hela vistelsen slarvades städet i lägenheten samt i korridoren vid hissen. Såg kackerlackor , gamla hårtussar på golvet i ca 2 veckor. Sa till om det utöver de andra sakerna vi redan sagt till om. De verkade väldigt rörigt och icke organiserat. Det fanns bara ett hotellkort till varje rum man kom inte upp i hissplanet utan kort. Det betyder att i 20 dagar behövde vi synka vilket nästan är omöjligt när man är på semester. Ingen ville ta ansvar utan man hänvisade till någon annan när vi ställde frågan om vi kunde få 2 hisskort. Rummet var övermöblerat och upplevdes därför mindre än på bilderna.

빌라촌 후기
Pros:

방이5개 3층 독채로 이용하기넘 좋았습니다.
10명이서 편하게 쓸수있었습니다.

Cons:

다만 청소의 미흡한점과 싱크대밑 큰 바퀴벌레 발견으로 사용할수가 없었던 점이 아쉽습니다.
또 여기적힌 선셋타운 위치가 아닌 켐비치 근처 빌라촌으로 배정되어
계획이 틀어져 좀 힘들었습니다.위치를 정확히 해야 다니는데 당황하지 않을듯 합니다

Good but need a management improve.
Pros:

The location and the view are the best at sunset town. The swimming pool is so cool and wonderful.

Cons:

Đặt phòng studio hướng núi nhưng nhận phòng ban công hướng toà nhà khác, ko nhìn đc pháo hoa như quảng cáo.
Yêu cầu 3 phòng riêng biệt gần nhau thì nhận 1 căn 2 phòng ghép, tạm được.
Đồ kê trên web ko đủ, phòng thiếu lò vi sóng, phòng thiếu dép, phòng thiếu ấm siêu tốc, bát đĩa trong khu bếp rửa chưa sạch.
Dọn phòng thì xuống tận nơi báo, nhắn tin gọi điện ko được chăm sóc.

Удобное расположение ! Из окна видно шок и салют. Рядом с канатной дорогой . Много супермаркетов рядом

Cons:

Из душа постоянно вытекала вода . Не очень удобно, что полотенца для смены надо было отнести в соседнее здание и получить новые. Персонал старался ответить на все вопросы , но его просто не хватает.
