Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in will never return to this location
Pros:

Horrible, people sleeping in the lobby that weren’t guest

Cons:

They gave a room that was not clean cleaned at all I refused to stay in it the guy didn’t believe me until he checked himself then apologized

Didn’t stay, left after the roach sighting.
Pros:

The front desk attendant was *so* nice. Despite our issues with the property, she was truly such a kind soul. Our first room reeked of cat pee. We went downstairs and asked if we could switch rooms, and she did so with no issues. When we got to the second room and had our issue there, she released our reservation with no issue.

Cons:

The first room *reeked* of cat pee. If you have cats, you know how strong that smell is. It hit us in the face the second the door opened. We were able to switch rooms with no issue. The second room seemed alright, but while in the bathroom, a roach crawled along the sink. That was the final nail in the coffin for us.

Very Disappointed And Unsatisfied.
Pros:

There wasn't anything about the room that I liked. The one thing I did like was the service I got from the young lady at the front desk during the daytime name Danielle. She gave me tiles she gave me bathroom tissue because where there was only one roll a bathroom tissue in the room.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the TV was small The inputs could not be used for a fire stick to watch other channels The TV was on a little stand that was wobbly like it was about to fall over The dresser was old The bed was not comfortable and I saw roaches in the hallways. The hotel seemed like it was a shelter hotel It wasn't like that on the website when I booked my room. I really feel as though I was taking advantage of for the amount that I paid for the slum room. My wife and I went out to get something to eat when we return there was a sheriff notice on the room door, which made my wife uncomfortable about sleeping that night because she was thinking the sheriff may come and ask us to leave. We have used booking quite a few times and this room was not at all up to our expectations. I really would appreciate someone getting back to me to let me know that this review was actually reviewed and looked at.
