Good for Business stays
Pros:

Super disappointing and severely overrated

Only the bed was ok. Everything else was disappointing.

Cons:

Everything. Poor location, poor facilities. Curtains had lipstick stains or god knows what. I changed rooms twice and both were as bad. The geyser didn’t work in one room. The AC shut off in one, the fan made a knocking noise in another. Twice the staff accidentally knocked my door for someone else and once someone called at an ungodly hour by mistake. Overall, I’m surprised at the ratings this place has. The food except Maggi was very average.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

It is the perfect location and property.The staff was great like Raman chef ,Venisko ,Bictoria and Manoj.Their nature and way of treating is so good and best.I would recommend everyone to come and enjoy the delight.

Decently located on the main road.

Cons:

The ACs are not all weather so basically you might face issue in the winters. Additionally the staff didn't offer any heater until inquired.
The rooms are decently clean, but could be improved.
The breakfast options were limited but okay but the quality was questionable - poha not properly cooked, sambhar too spicy etc, could be greatly improved.
The view from balcony was of adjacent house which was undergoing construction, too much dust when stepping in the balcony.
