one unprofessional staff member, in complete housekeeping, bed to lumpy

Bed was awful, lumpy. I picked a room with a Sopha and we didn't get one. don't like to hang out on a bed. Housekeeping came in and left clean towels and never made the bed. I saw prices less expensive and showed the young man and then he shows the women on duty as well she came up with all kinds of excuses never once offer a discount even when I asked she kept say you have to take it up with booking.com. absolutely no customer service. then as she got ready to leave from her shift, she said to him in front of me GOOD LUCK WITH THIS ONE. Very unprofessional.
