Dirty smelly sleep in ur car safer god knows what diseases we have picked up
Pros:

Dirty sheets no kettle , no plates , no cutlery, no microwave , nuts found in bed so sheets had no been changed, paper blinds on some windows falling off others no Blinds, burn marks and bodily fluids on sofa 2 chairs at dinner table shower unit coming off wall dirty towels over 60 sent to owners , 4 calls the night we arrived left early , very little communication between owners and our self's,

Terrible, dirty, terrible communication. I requested an assisted check-in and paid £20 for it. After that, without communicating or my authorization, they withdrew £100, saying it was a deposit they hadn’t mentioned before the rental. After I questioned them, they said they would refund it, but they never did, they don’t answer messages, and they don’t return the money. Ridiculous!

Would highly recommend not to book unless you want to waste money on somewhere you won’t be staying
Pros:

Was awful never again comunication was poor through staff the apartment was filthy and damaged somewhere you wouldn’t even leave and stray animal

Cons:

Was awful and didn’t stay the night and no contact through the property with no partial refund

Stains all over sofa and juice thrown on it

The apartment was very disappointing and not clean to an acceptable standard. There were no proper utensils available, which made it difficult to prepare food. The bathroom floor was sticky, and there was visible makeup left on the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable. The shower head was hanging off the wall and clearly not maintained properly.

The sofa had cigarette burns, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the blinds didn’t work properly. The environment was also noisy, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the property needs much better cleaning, maintenance, and attention to detail. I would not stay here again in its current condition.
