The food at the Embarcadero restaurant was the worst I have ever eaten in all the years I have been going to Mazatlán. The service was terrible, and the condition in which they gave me my takeout order is something that would not be acceptable anywhere. I truly hope that changes.
The pool wasn't available and we use the one in 14th floor, first day we went up in the stairs with my mom she is 73 years old I hope tou guys make a change and take care more about us
