I did like the booking process and I enjoyed the first 5 min of their hospitality
Upon arrival we have been told, we can't stay as we are not hetero biological couple. That would be alright, if that was stated on booking.com anywhere. This is the condition of the property but never translated to the booking.com where I made the reservation. Can you imagine to be denied accommodation at 9 pm right after your arrival? Big shock to the system, didn't like it at all. I knew it is not the resort problem,but somewhere down the line we got lost in translation and became victims of bad communication between resort and booking.com.

Ambiente piccolino ma molto carino, le ragazze dello staff molto gentili e disponibili, il cuoco bravo, che ci preparava un'ottima colazione cosparsa di fiori ed anche le pulizie veramente fatte bene( da una signora gentile e super brava della quale non ricordo il nome Purtroppo...) comodo parcheggio esterno e posizionato in una via centrale di Maspalomas ( ma il resorts è molto silenzioso)
Solo una settimana, quando la signora delle pulizie è cambiata....
Con questa signora, credo si chiami Manuela...
Non puliva nulla, lasciava tutto sporco, non lavava mai il pavimento, la vedevo sempre al telefono oppure spariva chissà dove è le camere le puliva( per modo di dire... In 5 minuti)
Tutto il contrario dell'altra signora delle pulizie che invece era Bravissima

A disponibilidade e simpatia dos funcionários, designadamente da resolução imediata de um problema que surgiu com a máquina de café e foi prontamente resolvida
Apenas de numa das manhãs em que estive hospedado, terem decidido proceder a uma alteração do mobiliário e que motivou a que muitas pessoas de manutenção andassem a circular livremente no hotel.
Num hotel em que se pretende descrição causa algum constrangimento.
Não sou industrial da hotelaria e posso estar a ser injusto, mas acho que existia alternativa para resolver o assunto.
Note-se que este pormenor não afetou em nada a impressão francamente positiva do hotel
C est la 3 ieme fois que nous y allons et toujours très bien appart nettoyer tous les jours personnels à l écoute et au petit soins, chouette endroit pour s amuser et même se reposer

Overall it was a fantastic holiday — the staff were really friendly, and the food was excellent. I’d highly recommend it, especially considering the quality for the price.
We’ll definitely be visiting again next year.
