Peaceful sleep, shower and coffee within the transit area, a must need for long transits
Pros:

Everything as described, facilities were clean, efficient and just what you need to spend a long transit at the airport. Had shower twice, brushed teeth, took a nice peaceful sleep, coffee and on to my next flight. I wish other airports had this type of facilities. Spent around ~£50

Clean, comfy, and heart warming!
Pros:

I would particularly highlight the heart warming service. I told the receptionist the time of my departing flight, he did not only told me how much time to buffer as a standard answer, he took into account which gate my flight would be and told me it was far away so I better buffer extra time. He even came to check if I was ready to go when I should depart for my flight. I really would have missed my flight had it not been for his attentiveness. Overall it was really a pleasant stay! Highly recommend it to everyone!

Good option between flights
Pros:

Lovely staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The location was great for me, only 1 gate over from where I arrived. Good option when you have a long transit late at night with early departure and don't want to leave the airport

Cons:

It would have been nice to have more hooks or shelves in the shower cubicles

Convenient
Pros:

The cubicles were cosy enough and had useful facilities. Appreciated certain rules to maintain hygiene of the sleeping pods. Staff were friendly and responsive. Great location and convenient for those with longer transit(s).

Cons:

Communal toilets made sense for the size of the accommodation, however was a bit of a rush in the morning as a few of us were waiting for our turn. The bathrooms could also be a bit cleaner, particularly the seat, bench and mirrors. Also understandable that is unavoidable for cleaning purposes, but male staff often appeared which made it uncomfortable when some of us women were in our pyjamas or just coming out of a bath/in our towels.
