Think the ad is VERY misleading. This is obviously only suitable for transit passengers and backpackers. Had i known it was AFTER passport control, I would never have booked it. As an older traveler with a large case, it is totally unsuitable. I requested a refund and have had zero response.

Receptionist was absolutely lovely ☺️
Pros:

Off the plane, an hour later I’d switched out the lights! Sooooo convenient!

Cons:

Shower, toilet, hand basins need to be cleaned often. A bit messy.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war super und sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht für eine Nacht am Flughafen. Erhält sogar ein Badezimmerartikel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist zu kalt. Der AC lässt sich nicht verstellen und man friert die ganze Nacht. Lösung dickere Decken oder Temperatur erhöhen..
