Great stay at the airport
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

It was perfect for us as we had a flight the following day. It was a nice place for us to shower & sleep. The staff were also extremely helpful, both online and in person.

Très bon séjour, avec une proposition d’amélioration
Pros:

Les employés sont très accueillants. Vous recevez un petit kit composé d’une brosse à dents, d’un mini dentifrice et de petites pantoufles jetables. Le lit est confortable et les cabines sont silencieuses. De plus, du moins si vous réservez via Booking.com, vous recevez un bon de 20% valable dans 3 restaurants à côté de l’hébergement, dont un qui propose de la cuisine du sud-est de l’Asie (images en pièce jointe).

Dans la capsule, vous avez le wifi rapide, la télévision où vous pouvez installer votre compte Netflix et YouTube! Vous pouvez aussi consulter la porte de votre vol, même si la destination est indiquée plusieurs fois, à cause des vols en partage de code.

Vous avez des douches avec du shampooing pour les cheveux et le corps.

En bref, je recommande ce lieu pour les passagers en transit, notamment ceux qui sont arrivés le matin et qui ont leur correspondance le soir.

Cons:

Je sais que nous pouvons mettre nos valises et d’autres affaires dans le casier à verrouiller avec un code, mais pour encore plus de sécurité, je trouve qu’on devrait avoir la possibilité de fermer les capsules à clé et je parle en ayant déjà séjourné dans des hôtels capsules chez qui il était possible de verrouiller notre coin pour dormir.

Great place to recharge and get ready for new adventures!
Pros:

A very comfy and quite place right in the middle of the airport. It's a great place to take a break. I was even so lucky to get a free upgrade from 6 to 24 hours! Bed was very comfy, temperature was perfect and it was very silent. Guests weren't noisy and I think the staff did a good job to keep everything running.

Cons:

Shower was not really clean. Maybe it is also not designed well, since its not easy to rinse it off, since it has a fixed shower head. The lockers were a bit old. Not bad, but the doors need to be adjusted again to fit. The white floor in the bathroom was very slippery when wet. Almost felt like soap was spilled.

快適なスペース
Pros:

空港のair sideにあるので入国しなくても済むのが非常に良い。
「カプセルホテル」に生まれて初めて宿泊したが、想像よりもスペースが広く、快適でびっくりした。必要なものが非常にコンパクトにうまく配置されていった。
周りの宿泊客も皆さん常識的な人ばかりだったらしく、静かでゆっくり休めた。Booking.com経由でセールだったのか（覚えていないが）非常に安い料金で宿泊出来て（カプセルホテルの相場を知らなくて予約時にはそんなものかと思っていたけど、フロントで直接支払いをしている金額をみたら、Booking.comの料金はびっくりするくらい安い、ということが分かった）非常にラッキーだったが、なんか申し訳ないくらいだった。
スタッフも非常に親切です。

Cons:

チェックイン時に最初、予約が確認できなかったようで少し時間がかかってしまった。
使用の度に清掃が入るわけではないので仕方ないけど、床に髪の毛がいっぱい落ちていて、潔癖症の人だと無理そうかなあ（私はそうではないので大丈夫だったが）、と思った。

It’s okay
Pros:

I like the area of the place, very convenient.

Cons:

-There were small cockroaches in my bed crawling while I was sleeping, cockroaches were coming from bed cabinet. Please do clean even the small details to ensure there’s no insects.

- Snacks provided were not regular biscuits, it’s smelling very weird for vegetarian as they were prawns flavoured.

Comfy bed Airside at KLIA T1
Pros:

Extremely helpful staff. Everything was spotless. Bed was extra comfy. And the cabin was really quiet.

Cons:

Maybe some instructions on how to work the shower though I did figure it out.

Your best option to rest before an early flight or a connection
Pros:

The staff was really helpful. I've landed late at night and by mistake I had booked a capsule within the airport but I needed to get out to collect my bag and take my flight in the morning. Luckily enough Kepler has another hotel right outside the departure section of the airport. The receptionist helped me to transfer from the hotel in the airport to the one outside without any extra charge and despite the fact that it was around 3am in the morning.

The capsule was very cosy and clean and exactly what I need to rest before my next flight. Would go back again.

Cons:

Some people can be a bit chatty and loud in the early morning in the dorm but this is independent of the propriety (there's rules which some travellers struggle to respect...)
