O famoso “dá pro gasto”
Pros:

A famosa questão do custo benefício, localização exatamente onde era preciso para o momento e um hotel legal.

Cons:

Um pouco sujo em vários pontos, o quarto totalmente diferente do anúncio, fotos desatualizadas e um mau cheiro no quarto de coisa velha/úmida. Acredito que num geral os hosts deveriam dar mais cuidado aos imóveis que eles alugam, pois isso agrega valor para eles e conforto aos hóspedes
