Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel is perfect for our two-night trip. To top it off, the restaurant team thoughtfully decorated our dining table and helped us celebrate our son's birthday, making it a truly special occasion.

Pros:

Everything except food was really good. Super friendly staff esp mention to waiter named Boby, well maintained facilities and amenities. Good location.

Cons:

Food was not upto the expectations. I could have given 9 or even 10, if the hotel took care of the food.
Again the breakfast buffet was good. Nice spread. But the Ala crate lunch n dinner menu were not upto the mark. It could have been far better. We went on vishu with the expectations of having Sadhya but not available.
Also, the veg options are limited, and taste could be better. We found an egg shell in curd rice. Being a vegetarian, this didn't go well for me.
In short all minus food is good.

Unfair trade practices. Not honoring bookings and conditions of booking.
Pros:

I did not stay at the property. What was unacceptable was the property calling me and forcing me to pay an advance and saying the booking.com reservation doesn’t hold good. I did tell them that I was on the way to check in. They said pay now or loose your reservation as we can’t guarantee it. So I had to pay even though the condition of the booking was to pay at the property. Ended up paying them and loosing the advance.
