Cons:

never seen any resort asking the guest to wait during checkout to verify the rooms...I have seen that only in 2000s...was not aware even new once still do this. was kind of weird customer experience.

It could have been a pleasant stay if the other inmates keep a little more civic sense and respect for others!

Nice location and the concept of cricket as a theme to the property

Cons:

The reception area, the dining hall and all other common areas were crowded and noisy with a messy and unruly group of people with little civic sense. Maybe it’s that day’s issue. However, I have to mention this because the corridors were too noisy with both kids and adults screaming around, which made our stay cacophonies and irritable. I request you to give some instructions to your guests (especially when they are in a large group) to respect other inmates and their privacy.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel is perfect for our two-night trip. To top it off, the restaurant team thoughtfully decorated our dining table and helped us celebrate our son's birthday, making it a truly special occasion.

Pros:

Everything except food was really good. Super friendly staff esp mention to waiter named Boby, well maintained facilities and amenities. Good location.

Cons:

Food was not upto the expectations. I could have given 9 or even 10, if the hotel took care of the food.
Again the breakfast buffet was good. Nice spread. But the Ala crate lunch n dinner menu were not upto the mark. It could have been far better. We went on vishu with the expectations of having Sadhya but not available.
Also, the veg options are limited, and taste could be better. We found an egg shell in curd rice. Being a vegetarian, this didn't go well for me.
In short all minus food is good.
