L'accueil en général. Note 10/10 pour Daniel. Petite attention gustative très appréciée.

Pros:

C'est notre deuxième séjour à la Tour de Nesle en 3 mois. Toujours aussi satisfaisant. Personnel à l’écoute. Chambre très joliment décorée avec soin. Nous apprécions également la cafetière Nespresso à disposition avec capsules ainsi que le frigo avec les boissons fraîches. La situation de l’hôtel est idéale entre gare, centre ville, ports.

Comfortable stay and very central . The staff were excellent .

Room was comfortable clean was adequate for our needs .

Cons:

Our first morning we went for breakfast at 9 am to find no hot food was left , there were no crossaints , or pain au raisins and all jams were virtually empty . We had to open cupboards ourselves to find plates knives and spoons . In our opinion the breakfast room was not supervised by any staff . We did mention this to reception and the next morning things had improved .

Superbe établissement.
Pros:

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très bien situé, proche de tout. Chambre spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur le canal. Quelques boissons offertes en guise de bienvenue. Personnel très agréable et aux petits soins. A noter que le service bagagerie est bien sécurisé.

Hôtel agréable et un bon emplacement je recommande sans hésitation.
Pros:

L'emplacement était magnifique au milieu de centre ville ,l'approximation de tout les resto, le vieux port, les magasins,...
Le petit déjeuner le 1er jour c'était mieux autant qu'on a était manger au même temps le deuxième jour il resté pas grand chose et il n'on rien remis c'était à 9h30 .

Cons:

Les chambres étaient trop petites.

Idéal pour faire du shopping 🛍️ et profiter de quelques restaurants sans devoir prendre la voiture

Cons:

Madame dans la précipitation du départ à oublier son nécessaire de toilette( bien fourni de jolis produits)à l hôtel
Nous avons contacté le service de chambre des notre arrivée le soir même mais fin de de non-recevoir de l’établissement.
En sachant qu’ils avaient nos coordonnées des l arrivée dans l’établissement on aurait pu espérer une autre finalité à cette petite histoire.
Donc oui DÉÇU…

Établissement accueillant, très bien placé que je recommande.
Pros:

- Top accueil que ce soit pour me renseigner lors de la réservation par téléphone et durant tout le séjour !
- Très bon emplacement en plein centre-ville sur le port et proche de la plage.
- Accueil chaleureux accordé à ma chienne . Staff bienveillant et attentionné.
- Chambre avec vue sur le canal et le port. Magnifique et mémorable.
- Propre et présence de produits d’accueil

Bon séjour !

- Salle du PDJ petite et PDJ bon mais plus de choix et plus de quantité aurait été apprécié
