La vacanza è stata bellissima anche per la più che discreta location

Arredamento carino. Buoni i bagni. Ottima posizione

Cons:

Nothing. Probably the location.

Cons:

No response to my questions. On the first day, they whatsapp said that the apartment wasn't cleaned completely. They needed to send the cleaning team again on the second day. We agreed on the time for them to clean again, but it turned no show. They also made the address guidance wrong.

Good, the cleanliness of the apartment and how spacious the apartment is.
Pros:

Very good apartment unit, I had a problem with my reservation but they were quick in fixing it. First apartment unit was clean when we all entered.

Cons:

Only some minor miscommunications with the management but that's all.

Unclear offer and poor management
Cons:

1) Apt not specified at the time of reservation. Ended in the basement; one would not reserve knowing it was in the basement. Walking across stuff like paint, pipe replacement and other basement-like maìterial, to get to the room.
2) Support is always from remote, by people whio never saw this propertry and can barely help.
3) Not responsive for any help (need of a blanket or similar)
4) reserved for 3, but it was not prepared wioth 3 bed places
5) Not a B&B apt, nothing in the apt for light breakfast
6) Keys by App, but the invite did not arrive to my mail

Big apartment in a nice area.
Pros:

Very good size apartment
Great toaster , kettle , coffee maker, microwave and lots of pots and pans. Big cooker and oven and a large fridge freezer.
Dining table and chairs and a sitting room area.
Very comfy bed and very quiet.
Trader Joes for food shopping 5 mins away and a lovely 24 hour diner 3 mins away.
Easy area to pick up Taxis.

Good choice in the central Manhattan
Pros:

Location is very good, the staff is amazing and very helpful, we received immediate responses and assistance with everything we needed. The apartment is very clean and relatively newly updated. Comfortable bed. Amazing and clean terrace.

Cons:

The description did not say that the apartment was in the basement and it was next to the trash room which was always packed with trash and door wide opened. Some of the doors on the furniture stayed opened as it was possible to fixate them.
