From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the warmest and smoothest check-in I’ve ever had, everything just felt effortless.
We had only booked three nights at first, but we ended up loving it so much that we extended our stay for another three nights and honestly, every single day felt just as special as the first.
What really makes this place stand out is the people. Every single team member has one goal: to make you feel at home. They don’t just help with activities, restaurant reservations, but they do it all with so much genuine care and attention to detail that you feel truly looked after.

كل شيء في المكان كان مثيرا للإعجاب، والدهشة، هناك اهتمام بأدق التفاصيل في كل شيء، جميع من في الفندق لديهم هدف واحد فقط، وهو أن يكون النزيل مرتاحا طوال الوقت، كان الموظفون حريصون على راحتي قبل أن أصل لكيب تاون، تابعوا وصولي إلى المطار، ثم أرسلوا سائقا لتوصيلي إلى الفندق، مدير الفندق جيفين، وكذلك الموظف عثمان، والموظف جود وين، وكذلك السائقين، كلهم عاملوني بلطف منقطع النظير، أنا لن أتردد في اختيار هذا المكان مرة أخرى، ولن أتردد في التوصية به للجميع.

Excellent staff @Keanon and @ Uthe, made the stay an absolute pleasure. All meals are delicious, excellent chef. The 24 hour butler service was unique and kept all guests excited to return.

21 Nettleton is a home from home. We arrived to a warm greeting from the Nettleton team, nothing was too much trouble and their aim was to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The location of the hotel is stunning with amazing views of the South Atlantic Ocean, Tabletop Mountain and the 12 Apostles. The hotel is ideally located from the V&A area but is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the area to make you feel completely relaxed and at ease.
The property is immaculately maintained and beautifully appointed. We loved every part of the hotel. The food prepared for breakfast , lunch and dinner was fabulous and to a high end standard. We could not recommend this property more and will be looking to return in the very near future.
