Exceptional stay in a beautiful and quiet venue
Pros:

The price was very good, although the room did not have a window. I guess you can’t have everything.
The bathroom was functional and the shampoo and body wash had a delicious fragrance.
The concierge guys were very helpful towards our needs.

Die Veranda vor den Zimmern war sehr gemütlich. Man konnte sich abends dort gut hinsetzen.
Die Zimmer waren ok, aber nichts besonderes.

Das Mädchen vom Frühstück war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde in den Bewertungen sehr gelobt. Dies war mit der ausschlagebende Punkt, weshalb wir dieses Hotel buchten.
In Realität war es aber wirklich nicht lecker. Alles sehr fettig: Pancake, Omlette..

Wir haben in der Unterkunft einen Minivan nach Nong Khiaw gebucht. Es wurde gesagt, dass die Fahrt 3-4 Stunden dauerte. Letztendlich waren wir insgesamt 6 Stunden unterwegs und nicht in einem Minivan, sondern in einem alten Kleinbus.
Wir haben das nachher im Hotel angesprochen und wollten einen Preisnachlass auf die Tickets, hier wurde aber nicht darauf eingegangen.

Tickets für Touren würde ich dort nicht buchen, sondern woanders hingehen.

The staff was very nice and tried to handle any situations that arose. Breakfast was great, wifi and air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable. The location of the accommodation is good.

Cons:

I don't want to put the hotel down too much, but this room didn't meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I was on the ground floor and because of the wooden floor upstairs I could hardly rest because the people above me lived in a different rhythm. The walls were very thin. There was a bar next door that was noisy in the evenings. I was lucky because it was an edge room so I had 1 bright window. But 2 windows (and all of them in the middle rooms) specifically face the firewall of another property, which makes the room dark. The TV (which wasn't a huge problem) didn't work. There was often a disturbing sewer smell in the room. After a few days, I moved to another accommodation. Would only recommend to book upper floor.
