Organizzazione top , bellissime iniziative che creano unione , ristorante super e ragazze dello staff gentilissime e simpaticissime . Proprietari molto accoglienti e presenti con molto impegno , hotel bellissimo e posizione ottima . Potrei continuare ma aggiungo solo che siamo stati bene , tutti , eravamo in quattro

Hotel położony w centrum miasteczka, śniadania bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone. Wspaniały kucharz, którego talent podziwialiśmy przy kolacji złożonej z kilku wyszukanych dań. Codziennie ski Shuttle dowożący na stoki . Bardzo czysto , przemiły personel. Hotel rodzinny prowadzony przez pogodnych i pomocnych właścicieli . To był już nasz trzeci pobyt w tym hotelu. Polecam serdecznie

Das Abendessen hat uns leider enttäuscht. Man hat extrem gemerkt, dass wir am letzten Wochenende vor Saisonende im Hotel waren. Die Qualität des Essens war OK, teilweise sehr gut. Aber allgemein wurden wir nicht ausreichend über den Ablauf informiert. Es war sehr chaotisch. Zudem wurden wir während der Gänge nie informiert was wir nun zum Essen bekommen bzw. gefragt, ob wir noch was etwa trinken möchten (somit haben wir teilweise nur 1 Getränk zum Abendessen getrunken) oder ob wir bereit für den nächsten Gang sind. Von 4 Sterne S ist hier leider absolut keine Rede. Fazit: Essen gut - Service schlecht = weniger zufriedenes Abendessen.

Un oasi di pace e gentilezza!
Pros:

Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla cordialità e professionalità di tutto il personale. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort, con una pulizia impeccabile. La Spa é una delle migliori mai viste, pulitissima ed in più offre una vasta gamma di trattamenti da fare. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dal centro. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati come a casa. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo!

Not the high level hotel we had expected

The location was excellent as was the restaurant despite the occasionally extremely slow service. The wellness area was well renovated although a little dark and gloomy ...... .

Cons:

Some natural light in the pool area would have been appreciated as it had a gloomy rather than relaxing atmosphere.
Also access to this area was a little bit complicated with a series of passages, similar to a labyrinth.
The furniture in our room on the top floor was old and dated and certainly did not reflect the price paid .
However, the aspect that we found really unpleasant was that despite the fact that we had paid a hefty sum for half board, we were charged 6 € per litre for water, and not even bottled water but simply filtered tap water. We found this extremely cheap.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehe geräumig. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation im Restaurant ist leider mangelhaft. Wir bekamen keine Erklärungen zu den auszuwählenden Gängen (Halbpension). Das Personal konnte sich nicht richtig verständigen mit uns (weder Englisch noch Deutsch). Es wurde sehr wenig Essen angeboten (z.B. wenig Brotauswahl, gemeinsamer Salat, Portionen sehr klein)

يستاهل التجربة راقي وجميل . Definitely worth the experience — elegant and beautiful.
Pros:

موقع الفندق رائع، في قلب المدينة تمامًا، ومواقف السيارات قريبة جدًا.
الطاقم قمة في الاحترام والتعاون.
السطح في الدور الرابع يطل على المدينة بالكامل بإطلالة جميلة، وفيه جلسات مرتبة ومريحة.

أنصح بالسكن فيه .


The hotel’s location is excellent — right in the city center, with parking spots very close by.
The staff are extremely respectful and helpful.
You can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the whole city from the rooftop on the fourth floor, where there are nice seating areas.

Highly recommended for a stay!
