* The front desk will require the name on your reservation to match the name EXACTLY on your I.D. for check-in.
* The hotel requires a credit card at check-in for incidentals. The hotel will charge $50 per day for incidentals with a maximum of $250. The deposit will be refunded after check-out. This is purely for incidentals and purchases to the suite. (It make take several business days for the bank to process the refund).
* Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, etc.) are provided. For example, bath towels will only be available for the number of guests listed.
* A complimentary starter kit with essentials like toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, and bathroom set(shampoo/conditioner/body wash 1oz size) is provided on arrival. Any additional/extra items needed must be purchased by the guest (i.e additional soap, toilet paper, and shampoo).
* Late check-out must be communicated in advance(at least 24 hours prior to check-out) and approved. Additionally, there will be an additional fee for late checkout up until 1:00 pm when availability allows.
* We appreciate your cooperation in promptly reporting any service issues you may encounter during your stay. In the event that a hotel engineer work order is necessary to address the reported issue, we will kindly inform you. If the engineer determines that the problem was caused by the guest, a charge of $175 will be applied. Additionally, if the guest does not grant access to the hotel engineer after reporting the issue a charge of $250 will be incurred. We value your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth resolution to any service matters.
* Platinum Hotel is nonsmoking (including the balconies) but does have smoking sections outside. Please do not smoke or vape in the suite - $800 smoke/marijuana vape damage fee to treat the suite for damage. This property does not accommodate parties or events.

The proximity to center strip was fabulous. The free parking was convenient and plentiful and there were two electric car chargers, at least one available when we needed it. The apartment was much larger than I expected. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked!The view of the lights at night was great!

Lock system is not working and balcony is not opening

The property was very spacious, clean. Just exceptional.
Perfect stay for my family. It had everything we wanted to complete our trip. Full kitchen, beautiful restroom, comfy bed with extra pillows/ bedding for my kids and what I wanted a really wanted a beautiful vegas view. This place has a perfect location it's close to casino (Caesars Palace) were my kids-teens mainly wanted to visit
The Forum Shops. Literally a good walking distance. We were even right next to Tuscany casino a 5 min walk. Where Marilyn's Cafe is located inside. We had an excellent breakfast there that wasn't exspensive, a really great value at that Cafe. We definitely want to stay here again on our next Vegas trip.
Nothing everything was perfect. But the only it didn't have which I had just in case was a sponge to wash our dishes. But that's nothing. AAA+++++++👍all the way👍
The host was very, very responsive. The staff was friendly. The room was large, well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was close to the strip, but far enough off to get away from the chaos. Proximity to the Sphere was perfect.
The only negative was that the hot tub was out of commission during our visit, but the pool was great.

Het is een luxe suite met woondeel en slaapdeel, ruime badkamer, schoon etc. En in het restaurant van het hotel kun je a la carte ontbijten. Parkeren is gratis en op 600m loopafstand van de Strip.
Het is duur, en de suite is blijkbaar privé eigendom. Je checkt wel bij de receptie in, maar als er iets zou zijn, dan moet je het rechtstreeks met de eigenaar regelen en niet met hotel. Vooraf was het bij boeking voor ons niet duidelijk dat ik iemand zijn privé suite had geboekt.
Close to the strip with out being on the strip. I also like that there wasn’t a casino.
A restaurant or two would have been welcome.
We liked the balcony view of the Sphere, and that it’s not too far from the strip.

Location was a little far from our plans
Very roomy. Open concept. Nice kitchen. Large bathroom. Ok view.
Our check-in time was 1pm. We arrived at 1:20, room had not been cleaned yet. Had to wait over an hour for maid service to arrive & finish. Uncomfortable pillows. Only 1 hand towel. No cream or sugar for coffee. We were not able to make the room cooler, the thermostat (would only stay at that temperature). The couch is very uncomfortable. Dirty/damaged remotes.
Spacious, comfortable, not too far from the madding crowd!
Alles, alle waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen super Parkplatz gleich im 2ten Geschoss (freie Parkplatz Wahl). Grosse Badewanne. Super Aussicht. Würd ich sofort wieder nehmen. Kleiner Tipp, das Zimmer befindet sich im Hotel Platinum.
