Pros:

- the house owner is friendly and welcoming.
- actual location is near to 3 shopping malls
- there is security gate to enter/exit the apartment
- spacious room and toilet
- The person is kind to help whenever we need

Cons:

- location indicated here is near Jln Tanjung which is near to Paradigm mall. The reality is this mall is located near Aeon Tebrau City, which is at least 13km away.
- The house was filled with cigarette smell
