It was average. Room size was ok.
I asked for extra blanket as i feel extreme cold but they denied stating it will have extra charge.

Blanket cover was dirty and having spot on orange color cloth on bedsheet (see attachment). However when I asked to change blanket cover they have changed it. Toilet paper roll was missing and provided on my request. Toliet (water closet) and bucket was not cleaned properly. Room size was small. This hotel is closed to Railway station Not closed to Golden Temple as they claim. They asked for advance partial room rent however as per booking.com site the full room rent to be paid when we reach at hotel. They call me and asked to pay some advance room rent to confirm booking.
Staff behaviour was good. Room interior and AC was good. Overall value for money hotel. I appreciate that they have provided hot water kettle on my request as they do not provide kettel with deluxe room category.
Only location good, either don't like this hotel
Room size too small, very congested and suffocating, Staff behaviour not good very rude, as per booking room not given , not ready room when we check in, price difference between online and offline booking, and no toiletries in bathroom.
