Am petrecut recent o săptămână la acest hotel și pot spune mi-a depășit așteptările.

Încă de la început am fost întâmpinați cu zâmbete și macarons, iar pentru că avionul nostru a aterizat dimineața și am ajuns la hotel înainte de ora 12:00, ni s-au oferit imediat brățările și chiar am fost invitați să servim prânzul. Având în vedere că check-in-ul se face în mod normal după ora 15:00, faptul ca am primit cartelele de acces în camere cu aproape două ore mai devreme a însemnat mult, mai ales că eram obosiți de pe drum.

Camerele au fost spațioase, mobilate și utilate cu tot ceea ce este necesar - safe, minibar completat zilnic, papuci, umerașe etc. (mobilierul nu este nou, dar funcțional). La capitolul curățenie aș preciza faptul că probabil datorită lipsei de personal nu se spăla și pardoseala, iar câteodată era omis și balconul. În rest, totul exemplar, prosoape schimbate zilnic, nu am motiv să mă plâng.

Mâncarea și băuturile au fost suficient de variate și pentru toate gusturile. De la preparate tradiționale turcești până la fructe și brânzeturi, totul era proaspăt și savuros.

A fost deschisă doar piscina interioară, dar apa era încălzită, iar copiii nu au ratat nici o zi de bălăceală. Am profitat și de saunele existente, precum si de Hamam, fără costuri suplimentare.

Spre sfașitul sejurului vremea s-a îmbunătățit considerabil și am avut ocazia să mergem și pe plaja situată la cateva sute de metri de hotel însă drumul până acolo a fost o plăcere: o alee ce străbate un parc plin de flori, arbori și arbuști locali, mărginite de băncuțe amplasate strategic la umbră. Plaja privată este curată, cu suficiente șezlonguri și dușuri.

Un mare mulțumesc întregului staff pentru că ne-au făcut să ne simțim răsfățați, lui Mert de la recepție pentru că m-a ajutat cu imprimarea permiselor de îmbarcare și mai ales domnișoarei Sevde de la biroul Trip Adviser pentru amabilitatea și răbdarea de a ne explica în amănunt tot ceea ce ne interesa.

Cons:

Rețeaua WiFi era cam instabilă, trebuia să te reconectezi destul de des.

Tesisin çalışanları çok ilgililer güler yüzlüler bu konuda çok beğendim

Hayatımda gittiğim en basit asla 5 yıldızı haketmeyen bir oteldi , yemeklerin lezzeti çok kötüydü, öğlen yemekleri asla yenilecek gibi değildi.
Akşamları çoğunluk hep tavuk yemeğiydi ete dair pek bişe bulamadık.
Otel de pizza yemek için denizin oraya gitmeniz gerekiyor , otel de havuzda hamburger var o da 5 para etmez çiğ lezzetsiz , gereksiz bir sıra var otel de su sırası var resmen sebilden gidip su aldık sürekli kapalı su yoktu!!
