We had to ring up the hotel firstly to get parking they didn’t have. Second time to get through the first door. As we we
Pros:

The bed wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

The property is just a door out front above a noisy Wetherspoons. There is no bar as advertised looks like it’s been left. There is no parking with the hotel itself and I wouldn’t call it a hotel more hostel. It’s just 6 rooms in a building that are dirty and massive gap in the bottom of the room door.

The customer service" is a black hole of unresponsiveness, leaving me stranded and out of pocket
Cons:

The customer service I've received is unacceptable. I have called three times and sent numerous emails, all met with complete silence. My only request is for an invoice, which is essential for Booking.com to refund me, given they sent me to your establishment after another hostel was inaccessible. This outright neglect in communication and problem-solving reveals that your company will not engage with guests to resolve issues.

Pros:

The bed was comfy and the shower was nice.

Cons:

Upon first look at the room it was nice and sufficient however upon a further inspection we noticed that there was a crack on the mirror, a stain on the carpet and some milk left in the fridge that expired on 5th June…our stay was on 15th June, this level of cleanliness is just unacceptable. We also have pictures of all of these things. We received a call from the place on the morning of our stay with our code to the key safe, we enquired about the free parking that was stated on the advert for the place on your website. She confirmed that actually the parking was only free if you booked beforehand and the place was closed so we were not able to book any parking. This was not confirmed to us prior to 15th or listed on the website or confirmation email when we had initially booked the room. It was also not disclosed to us prior to our stay that the room was above a bar that played extremely loud music until 2am. For all of these reasons and the sheer lack of cleanliness we would not stay here again.

More befitting as a hostel for addicts or refugees.
Cons:

The bathroom was a shared bathroom when advertised as en suite. No microwave and loud neighbours.

Utterly horrifying- do yourself a favour and dodge this place. It’s not a hotel, it’s a seriously shady Air B’n’B at bes
Pros:

Where do I start? It’s not a hotel. At very very best it’s a dodgy as hell Air b’n’b.
It starts with a shady entrance doorway, into a filthy foyer, with keysafes whose numbers are simply the room number, repeated. Very secure feeling, that. Then you trudge up several flights of (again, filthy) stairs, past the entrance door to what is presumably a nightclub, to a shady hallway where one in three doors are numbered. Ours wasn’t, but we went for the one with the least polyfilla and scarring and we’re lucky ….ish.
We entered to a dirty room with a bucket of (presumably unused) cleaning products, unmade beds, a random selection of earplugs on the dresser, discarded surgical gloves on the bed, and not so much as a loo roll to be found.
I didn’t even want to rest my bags anywhere.
Genuinely horrifying, and Booking.com - you allowed this place a good rating and prepayments. Shame on you.

Very Underwhelming
Pros:

The room was spacious

Cons:

The building was dark and smelled like damp …. The halls were extremely poorly lit and looked like something out from a horror movie …. There was no room number so u had to try figure out where ur room was but looking at every door ! There wasn’t as much as a hand soap in the bathroom extremely poor quality and wouldn’t recommend to anyone as didn’t feel that safe
