Le Macaron City Center - Boutique Hotel Đà Lạt

We had a wonderful stay at Le Macaron Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the room was very nice, clean, and comfortable.
What truly stood out was the staff. They were some of the kindest people we encountered during our entire stay in Vietnam, always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring. They made our stay in Đà Lạt even more special.

We stayed one night at Le Macaron City Center Boutique Hotel Dalat, and it was absolutely perfect.

The rooms are charming and stunning — beautifully designed with so much character. The lobby is actually a gorgeous boutique space where they sell clothing and curated items, all incredibly tasteful and lovely. It feels intimate and special the moment you walk in.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They waited for us upon arrival, held our luggage, and helped bring everything up to the room. When we left, they gave us chocolates and even a handwritten note — including “Shalom,” which meant so much to us. It was such a thoughtful and warm gesture, and they did it with genuine kindness and even a bit of humor.

The shower was fantastic — honestly the best shower I had in Vietnam, with excellent water pressure. Our room had a bathtub (we didn’t get the chance to use it) and a tiny little balcony. Very tiny — but just big enough to stand and look out over the beautiful city of Dalat, which was magical.

I highly recommend staying here. It’s stylish, warm, personal, and truly memorable.

Quaint hotel in the centre of Dalat. The rooms were modest in size but suited our duration of travel. We also had a bathtub in the room.

Great location and walking distance to most central places of attraction. There is a nice vibe in the area with lots modern coffee shops/bars mixed with traditional restaurants. There are plenty of local food places to try and we appreciated the hotel's list of recommendations.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We even got a small pack of chocolates when we checked out. We were also offered 2 days of complimentary laundry service which was returend promptly within 24 hours.

Väldigt mysiga och rymliga rum med otroligt trevlig personal. De gav tips om utflykter och trevliga restauranger i närheten och erbjöd sig att tvätta kläder utan extra kostnad. Hotellet hade även ett bra läge centralt i stan!

This is a great boutique hotel, located at the center of the old city. It's a tiny, cozy place that really makes you feel at home. There is no breakfast available, but they will serve you coffee and there are great pastry coffee shops up the street. The surprise is the seamstress whose workshop is located at the top floor. Really great value for the price. The staff both morning and evening are amazingly nice and helpful.

The staff are extremely lovely and helpful. They provide you with a welcome pack with maps and local recommendations on arrival.

The hotel is small and quiet and peaceful.

The rooms are also small but beautifully decorated, clean, and with lovely little touches to make it feel more homely.

Very quaint, beautifully appointed and excellent customer care. Just a pity we didn’t know how beautiful Da Lat was beforehand as we would have stayed longer.
If anyone else is considering this hotel, don’t hesitate, just book it. You won’t be disappointed.
They also have a tailoring service which I was disappointed not to have had the time to take advantage of.

Vriendelijke mensen, goede locatie. Kamer was ruimer dan sommige recensies doen vermoeden. Echt een super leuk hotelletje voor een hele schappelijke prijs.

It is an excellent boutique hotel. We liked everything about it and would certainly stay again

This is an exceptionally well-run hotel with management who understand quality improvement and customer service concepts. It is a new renovation and well designed with modern comfortable furniture and fittings. However, it was the many little touches that makes this small boutique hotel a grade above the rest e.g. supply of earplugs even though windows are double glazed; a mini bottle of healing Frankincense oil to ease the day’s stress and a great bath supplied with bath salts in the deluxe suites. Staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful.
