Pros:

L'emplacement, juste 10mn à pieds pour arriver au Terminal 3.

Cons:

J'arrive à 16.30 aucune personne ne peut me donner la clé de l'appartement. J'ai attendu presque 1 heure pour pouvoir enregistrer et obtenir la clé. Ensuite pas de l'eau chaude pour une douche.

Excellent location if you can find it; No sheets, just a furry bed cover and light fuzzy blanket
Pros:

Location across the street from Terminal 3 at Manila International Airport. a two minute walk from the "A+" hotels: Savoy, Sheraton, Marriott. Exciting street food along main shopping street. Watson Drug Store and Thai Massage open to Midnite. A 5 minute free Runway Walk above crazy airport traffic to Terminal 3 itself. Truly wonderful location

Cons:

Difficult to find precise location as there is a Palm One and a Palm Two, look-alike condos on separate streets. My unit had a leak in the bathroom basin (wet floor); broken furniture; and broken towel hanging hooks in bathroom. Worst, is there were no sheets--just a thick white flurry mattress top attached by loops to the mattress itself, and a thin fleece blanket. I wonder how many bodies lay on top of this fuzzy thing. It felt uncomfortably unsanitary.

Please, have a better coordination with the caretaker or the one who’s in charged for the check in, and rooms should be

The place is nice, and clean. The owner is responsive.

Cons:

I booked this place for my guest, but the experience was disappointing. When my guest arrived, the caretaker said she wasn’t informed about any booking, even though it was already fully paid. My guest had to wait for an hour just to get inside.
The aircon also didn’t work properly , it never got cold even after hours of use. The maintenance staff said the unit was too small for the room.

Cons:

Absolutely the worst experience ever! I booked and paid in full, only for the host to cancel my reservation without any notice. To make it worse, they disappeared and were completely unresponsive when I tried to contact them. I was left stranded with no place to stay, Has to book other hotel.

This host is a complete scammer and should not be trusted. They take your money and vanish. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s disgraceful that someone operates like this! Be warned and stay far away!
In that case booking.Com was also non responsive.
Till now haven't recieved my money back from booking.com.

APPALLING AND RESTLESS
Pros:

The Lobby Staff she is friendly.
The location is just 5-10mins walk to NAIA Terminal 3 through the bridge.

Cons:

YOUR BED FRAME ARE BROKEN.
WHEN YOU OPEN THE FRIDGE IT SMELLS LIKE SEWER.
THE PILLOWS INCLUDING THE SPARES IN YOUR CABINET ARE ALL YELLOW STAINED.
THE RUBBISH BIN AND THE KITCHEN CABINETS HAVE SMALL COCKROACHES - MOSTLY DEAD AND DISPLAYING ON THE WALL
THE QUILT AND THE BED SHEET DOESN’T LOOK LIKE IT HASN’T BEEN REPLACED SINCE YOUR LAST GUEST.
